Just a heads up, the patch doesn't work on the latest version (they updated the game on june 15th), in which they updated with a compilation movie, but i suspect they might have also made minor changes to the game itself, which is probably why the patch breaks it. Just tested it myself.

As far as i know, nothing much. They just added a compilation movie including all the scenes into a single file. The game is still there as well.

If you are still looking for an uncensor, I was looking for a unity uncensor tool for another mico game ( (RJ278493) [Mico] 零落の姫騎士アナスティア〜どの種族の精子でも受精する呪いの淫紋〜 ). A comment from another thread led me down a trail to the unity tools BepInEx and UniversalUnityDemosaics tools, and the MaterialReplaceDemosic in that worked! You might have luck with those.
