I haven't bothered watching the movies, they seem to be held in low regard as toy-bait made purely for hasbro to monetize off of. Aaaand weeeell, I find it very easy to believe. Unless Lauren Faust comes back to personally lend a hand for any of these movies I doubt I'll bother with em'.

I'm not sure at what point, but I've really stopped watching because after awhile it really does seem like the show is re-hashing and patronizing at times. I don't remember ever feeling that way a few seasons ago, I guess the crew is running out of ways to imitate Faust well.

It is, episodes are getting really extreme on quality

Some are amazing, but holy shit there's some really bad ones too

At this point I just watch out of habit I suppose
