Need help with this problem when trying to run a WolfRPG game exe

Well, it does say the problem is with Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library, so the issue would be with missing and/or damaged program and/or out of date driver.

Or it just might be a problem with the path to the exe.
Just make sure to try again with the game exe in a folder without Japanese kanji (or any non local symbol), and with a short path name - like try renaming the folder to "test" and move it to the HDD root. If it work when trying it mean the problem came from the long path name / foreign name.
Else, like soulless child say, you either lack the proper version of runtime C++ or it's damaged. Go check the game page on dlsite (or even it's readme if you got it) to see if it has required version of c++ specified.

Seriously, you'd think at least some people here would recognize this as a standard "something went wrong" bullshit popup, that tells next to nothing about what actually went wrong.
In (guesstimately) far over 85% of the cases, the problem has nothing to do with that library, it's more along the lines of "a branch of the code of the app when it reached for the lib in question with a particular dataset caused a segfault in the lib".
While the problem might be generic (like file path, though in WolfRPG case that's unlikely), it might just as well be game specific and in that case, that screenshot gives next to no context.

Are you running it in Japanese locale ? That includes both 8bit codepage and generic locale settings (like - for example - date format).
On the low chance it's an actual engine problem, do you have any other WolfRPG games that use the same engine version as this one that work/fail to work ?
