It's a 40 page comic about an interspecies romance between a woman and a dragon. And judging by the images the artist released so far, he's actually going for a scaled, four-legged dragon. You can find a few sketches and an illustration for the cover page on his blog:
According to the page, the money he's raising will go into getting this comic printed (boy would I love to see the faces of the employees at whatever print shop he's commissioning
