It's beautiful here, really, and this Grove is far larger then I had guessed at first so I think I may drag Dori out for a properly long walk, or make him chase me." "Actually, do you know of any havens to the north? We're heading in that direction, but we're doing it rather aimlessly, and a proper destination would help a great deal." You'll find Spring and Summer mixed there, but once you hit the mountains of Crolia you'll be in Winter territory, and you can expect the warm welcomes to dry up pretty quickly."

Anthriel raised her eyebrows at Dori's answer, leaving that entirely up to him, if he caught her, before her attention turned to their hostess. "Well, I suppose that's fair enough, and it does give us stopping points along the way if we get into trouble we can't handle. Thanks Sanya, you've been a tremendous help, really" Anthriel said quietly. "Now, if you'll excuse me, or care to join us, I have a game of tag to play with a horny dragon apparently." "Oh think nothing of it!" Sanya said happily, "You paid me back quite satisfactorily last night, though...." Anthriel's choices, first to go looking for trouble and then to simply run off in a random direction, brought a chuckle out from Dori's lips and prompted him to give chase. He was a faster runner than she, but kept behind in order to give the angel an occasional encouraging smack on the rump. "Go on! Faster! Let me catch up and I might change my mind on giving you a little bit more abuse!"

Through the faerie woods they roamed, the paths seemingly opening up before them but never visibly moving. It was far easier than running through the woods - particularly with Anthriel's wings to worry about - had any right to be, but neither seemed to mind. Lesser faeries occasionally flitted around them, sylphs and sprites and fairies briefly giving chase before growing bored and flitting off to pursue other amusements. They passed gruffs and trolls and satyrs and kobolds, at work and at play. Eventually, however, they came upon a sight that would bring them to a stop.

A garden, not of plants but of mushrooms, grew within the center of a small glade. The fungi varied in size from the expected tiny versions to ones that easily stood as tall as a house, and the garden seemed to stretch past their line of sight. Vines could be seen moving within, though what sort of plant might live among so many mushrooms wasn't immediately apparent. Massive spider webs also appeared, branching from mushroom to mushroom, but given their location Anthriel would know that the inhabitants of those webs could only ever be friendly, often to the point of annoyance. Whether she wished to explore this strange place, for no such garden could exist without magic of some sort, or go around in search of other ways to pass the time was up to Anthriel, as Dori stopped beside her and looked somewhat dubiously into the strange portion of forest.

Anthriel laughing madly as Dori chased her around the glade by smacking her ass, kept trying to dodge him at the last second by swinging her hips, and judging from the unerring swats his hand was giving her, it wasn't working.

Glancing at the small fairies and other fey that danced around them, or worked and played, or just thought the strange pair interesting, Anthriel just got lost in this wonderful place, before both herself, and Dori came to a dead stop infront of one of the strangest sights they'd ever seen...

"Are those... Mushrooms?" Anthriel whispered, looking at the fungal forest that opened up before them, with it's massive spider webs, and moving vines. In literal Awe of this strange place, Anthriel couldn't help but take small, tentative steps into the forest of mushrooms, glancing around at the massive growths, and inspecting some of the more colorful of the smaller ones, and even the vines as she walked.

"Well.... We wanted something interesting, But Damn!" Anthriel breathed, simply caught completely off guard by all this, and blown away. "Just... Wow." the half breed continued, heading deeper.
