It is the second option in the main menu (pressing the x button outside of battle). in battle, magic skills are the second option in the list written in kanji not katakana.

Sry to bother with this old game but i have the problem that my VNR just doesnt want to translate anything in this game, its just like this [........]....
so does anyone know what the problem is?
maybe i should try a older version of VNR ...
