So far i found

At start go to the mansion on north and talk to guy on 2nd floor

then save money get 1k to hire the mercenaries in 2nd floor of restuarant next to your house go to south dungeon beat up the guard and clear the dungeon mercenaries leave and then you get a old lady then go to the orphanage find the 2 boys so u got a place to rest then now go to the mountain get to tap and old lady will turn to a chick beat the guards blocking the new area and then on mansion the chickw ill tell you to buy out the stores in ur first town.


Arms and item is just u picking the right choice
Magic shop needs your chara to have dirty underwear(Buy it at item shop and make MC wear it then battle a few imes to get it dirty)


then head back to chick then head to restaurant to the 2nd floor lastly head to the mansion on north 2 boss battles

anyway thats where i am so far



H scenes:you need 30 lewdness to get out at night


Basement:needs 45 Lewd

Carpenter:when you are asked for 200k to make a soapland in basement of the restaurant you talk to him again at night at his bed to sleep with him to do it for free


Inn guyay 2k carpenter to make special room then visit him at night after promising special service then keep visiting him for 2 scenes(1 at the special room and another in the bath room)

Birth scenes does increase ur lewd so do it but at night u can do a birth show so u get some cash.

after u clear first dungeon go back to where u hired the 2 guys and then u will see a letter at night go to the dungeon to get that h scenes.

at the orphanage if MC is lewd enough she will sleep with one of the kids there

Anyway this is after u clear the 2 boss battles

U can have H scene with the lady once u clear it by accessing her bed at her home

he shows up in 2cond floor in your house left room, he explains that you need 20000 gold to renovate your room, the moment you have 20000 and interact with "C" he will do his job.
and next to well for renovating bathouse
does any one knows where to find monster to dig well for hotsprings in bathouse
figured out - kill shark at beach, buy swimsuit, win tournament in castle town, fight king, go to mansion (far left on map) speak with noble lady, go back to castle town, in kings room interact with "C" in front of fireplace where guard was standing, go back to mansion speak with noble lady, go to tower south west where tentacle thingy, can go past now

Oh by the way, this guy I'm mentioning is for the underground baths upgrade, if you were talking about carpenter for the first upgrade you get into the game (the room on the second floor), its the one the guy above me mentioned.

Let's see if I can get pure run without cheating on husband in NG+ and see if anything change.

save data one for quite enough scene unlocked. go hunt a few for the rest, can't bothered anymore
save data 6 for my "pure" run, can't pure enough since she will get raped anyway at the beginning.

Alright how to get monster for the following

Cowboy-After u beat the boss in the countain go to the north of ranch at the end of the area you fight 4 cows beat em and then u can buy at the ranch for 30k and he will be at the down during the day if had bought the costumes in the resort you can H and you can sell ur baby for 25k

Horse and Dog-After clearing what the guy above me said where you beaten the boss where the tentcle was blocking you if you have the costumes from resort you can H both

Once you get the Dog you can go to the bottom of the well and he can dig it(Be warn monster are strong lvl 60 and you theres a built in poison mechanics in it)(due to sulfer or what ever agth told me)
