This is a question that mostly goes to some of the game devs who frequent this forum. But some general people might have some ideas.
I was wondering if anybody happens to know of any good places to look for people who might be willing to work on some 18+ game dev projects.
I feel like recruitments for such projects wouldn't be particularly welcome on most of the standard job boards for indie game devs, for example in the forums for most of the game engines used for such things such as Unity and Game Maker usually don't want to be associated with adult content. Yet I also know of very few hentai centered communities where I could potentially find people capable of professional work.
Artists I can generally find just from tracking down the commission info of hentai artists and seeing who's open to commissions, but some of the other ones like programmers, musicians and such can sometimes be a little trickier aside from just knowing people and getting referrals. And even then, sometimes finding good artists to work on games simply by skimming portfolio or porn sites can be difficult to sift through.
Since I'm chipping away at my own projects, I thought I'd ask some other devs to share some of their experiences on how they found decent programmers, voice actors and such people for their own projects. Or if anyone in general knows some places I should check out.
