Hello guys,
i just found a post from another person "complaining" about the support from dlsite.com
I bought a game not long ago there. When i try to start the game, the program tries to unlock the software because it is protected. After that i get an error message containing just ???? and the error code 20006 and 20011.
The support just answered me once and the "tips" didnt work at all. I am now waiting since the 24th september for another answer.
I currently very angry and want my money back if this software doesnt run on my computer (not even on japanese locale settings).
Does anyone had the same problem unlocking a bought software from them and can help me or a hint what i can do next?
it must be something with the protection system of the software.
