I've had this patch at partial completion for a while and I plan on coming back to this and finishing it once I am done with my Akakubi Arena project. Currently all of the items/skills are translated as well as all of the introductory dialogue/tutorial. There are a few more things done, but the game is relatively dialogue light and most of it is moans and stuff (and some of these are done too).
