Well, Gyu's game that they've been working on for years is out, so I made a partial for it. This one was a lot of work for a partial, due to the large number of sub-menus and customization. I also did choices this time (see notes though). I -think- I got all the skills the player can use, but I haven't completed the game, so I'm not 100% sure on that. (Didn't translate them all because there are hundreds but it looks like only a couple dozen are used in this game, at least in a way the player would see).

This is a VX Ace game, so you will need to extract the rgss3a archive before applying the patch, and rename or delete the archive as the game will use it over loose files. You will also need a text hook of some kind for dialogue translation, but there are many that are compatible with VX Ace as it is an older engine.

NOTES:
1. This game uses a custom system to bypass Ace's limit on choices, and these choices do not extract with the choices extractor as they are entered as a comment in the event. I had to look through all the scripts, and all 900+ common events, and several maps, to find them all. I might have missed some on maps somewhere, let me know if any are found that seem important (but I think I got almost all of them).
2. The menu buttons are images, and rather small ones, I did translate them, but I am not great with images. I included backups with the patch in case you want the originals back, or someone wants to try doing a better job with them.
3. You will need to start a new game for character names to be translated (even in the sub menus, they pull form the actors database).
4. This was made with the initial release of the game, and due to the amount of customization in this game, it will NOT be compatible with future releases of the game. (It will revert them to 1.0 if applied, basically) I will also most likely not be updating this, it is simply too much work to redo this every time a patch is released. That being said, I did find and fix a couple of bugs myself while translating.
5. This one includes some cheats if you want to use them. The gallery/recall room has an extra npc that can give you all the outfits, and/or an instant win ability for battles. Also the north exit from the room has the door removed, so you can unlock the gallery from the start if you like.

Patch (mega this time since it's apparently too large) :
Update: Translated a menu I missed in the late game (Lucia's menu), and added translated image for the normal/lewd status indicator on the pause menu.

In terms of the choices system, u can search for event code 108 and just neglect the 拡張選択肢 part.

With the amount of customization this one has, I was not even going to attempt using any of the automated extraction/injection tools, and I'm not familiar with any of them anyway. I generally only use the actual rpgmaker editor for VX Ace.

I've actually done a full injection with mtool style MTL file (sadly non eng) myself. No errors encountered so far. (I only progged to where the princess is defeated tho)
It should be safe to use RMMV targeted automation for the json part, as the choice system above was the only exception I handled. For the rb scripts, I ended up giving up because of encoding error, yet I can live with merely translating the h status menu, which involves like 5 scripts processed manually.

As someone who did a pretty bad Knights of Messiah partial on JP release, I can understand your pain of going through all the japanese scripts trying to find just a few lines of text to translate. You also did image translations too. Actual Hero. (y)

Minor update, translated the "Normal/Lewd" part of the pause menu. Just two words, but they are images, and I kind of forgot about it. Someone requested it on discord and it wasn't too much work, so I'll attach it here as an optional thing. Backup original images are included if you don't like them or want to edit them.

EDIT: This is now part of the main patch file. Found an additional late game choice menu I missed (Lucia's choice menu), so I updated the link in the OP.

help me please
Looks like you are not in Japanese locale. It is needed for a lot of older games. There are two options for doing this.
First option is to put your computer in Japanese locale, which is fairly easy, and it's safe to just leave it that way so you don't have issues with other games. (Just search up how to do it for whatever version of Windows you are running. If you aren't using Windows I can't be of much help, the second option may work, though)
Second option is to find a program called Locale Emulator (which is free last I checked).

After getting one of those options going, I would extract/unpack the game again as well, unpacking under the wrong locale can cause problems.
