Do you know of any 2D games that feature mostly characters with small breasts and/or flat chest?
I'll contribute with some I liked:
* Detective Girl of the Steam City
* Soldier's Life (by Pyorgara)
* The Imperial Gatekeeper (you can ignore women with big breasts and men)
* NPC Capture Academy (same as above)
* Super DeepThroat (you can adjust breast size of any character)
* The Last Sovereign (breast size can't be determined most of the time since it's mostly text and character portraits, which allows me to imagine them in the size I like)
* Lilith's Throne (also text based and heavily customizable)
* Sanguine Rose (most characters have reasonable breasts)
* Sengoku Rance (most characters have reasonable breasts)
* Virgin Invader
* Brothel King (you can personalize image packs to your taste)
* Eiyuu*Senki: The World Conquest (with like 70 characters, even though a lot have big breasts there's enough of the opposite)
* The Dungeon of Lulu Farea (most characters have reasonable breasts)
* Katawa Shoujo (most characters have reasonable breasts)
* Short Butt Sweet
* D.P. (breast size can't be determined most of the time since it's pixel RPGM, which allows me to imagine them in the size I like)
