You need to set your system to Japanese Locale, but that's why I just avoid such games that don't run with HF AppLoc, not worth my time.

Yeep, that worked. I forgot about it completely where some games just doesn't run properly witth HF AppLoc. Thanks

I found out you don't even need to set your locale to Japanese there's a proper emulator for that, it works for every game.
