That was a messy set of dice rolls but I think I am getting the hang of it. I think I spent two force points and made two stealth rolls and failed one but not by too much.

I can't roll above ten on that dice roller!

On the gambling gambit can one use the Force to influence cards? I'd guess that mind reading would be better... or mind control...

It is a wisdom check versus the opponents wisdom. You could use force point, yes. Mind control would be risky with so many others watching.

Hmmmm... I can see the 'show me your cards so I can win' mind trick being a bit obvious... Is there a gambling skill as well?

gambling is all about bluffing, send them some feelings of uncertainty. No need to be too direct..
