Steel Sky (Adelle/Mind Flayer)


The man would only do a little hand gesture to acknowledge Adelle's goodbyes, but still seemed happy to go back to his house and not sit around on the porch all day.

And as it had gone before, the trip to Zeta's was just as uneventful as the first part, there being no interruptions on the way until sje got there. The gate would open to her as she got to it with the bag, the lizardman security guy telling her to wait for a bit for the maids to come pick it up.

After a few minutes, the orange-uniformed dog girl maid would arrive, handing Adelle a surprisingly tall stack of bills for the gun after doing a brief check on the functions of it. That amount would let her not have any financial concerns for a while if used wisely. Once the exchange was done, she'd ask Adelle for anything she might have in mind and sending her on her way if not.
 
Adelle pulled into the driveway at Zeta's place, and would hand off the package, remembering wanting to shoot a few of the guns Zeta had the last time she was here. "Hmm... I think I'm good. Thank you though dear. I'd like to come by again in the future to shoot a couple of her guns with her to have some fun though. If she'd be down for that," Adelle would tell the dog girl maid, pulling back out and heading to report in to Samson, and if he had nothing else, she'd head on home and help Taio in the search around where she lived, for that potential dungeon that Hanzo had mentioned could be trying to start up around there.

The whole time she was driving along back to the bar from Zeta's, she was starting to feel more concerned about it, and idly wondered just how that creature came by that particular place.
 
"I will inquire about this. An invitation is sent out if and when master Zeta has that mood, myself or Miss Milky will come to see you and discuss in detail when it can be done." the dog maid would take Adelle's request, thinking it could be more than a possibility for the such an event to happen.

The concern would turn out to be valid as Adelle headed back home. She'd find Taio almost right away as she drove into the garage, the girl being now dressed up and armed as she threw out the chest that had contained the roper pods from the basement and into the open space of the garage. "He wasn't wrong about this. Got an unknown hole right where that used to be, no sign of the critters that once lived in there. The squids didn't seem to want to join though as they still float about in their cage home like nothing happened." Taio would explain her findings as the busty girl saw the bottom of the chest now being completely melted away. And where the chest had once been in the basement, there was now a hole about the same size going down to a meaty tunnel that could probably be safely reached with the ladder in the basement.
 
"Alright dear. Let me know," Adelle said, letting the dog maid know where she lived, and then heading on.

When she returned home, and saw Taio in the garage getting dressed in her outfit and getting her weaponry. "Hmm... sounds like they aren't a part of the dungeon then... if I had to wager. And that was one of the roper pods. I was Not expecting it to be like that. Fuck me... let me go tell Rose and Kathia to let them know. They need to keep the entrance covered," Adelle said, and went up to inform them that she was back and what Taio had found.

"Should I go tell Kei, you think? I wasn't expecting that Roper pod thing to do That, after all," Adelle asked Taio curiously after she informed Rose and Kathia.
 
"Or maybe they just like it here and have no want to flee, even if there were others of their kin, who knows. Surely not missing out on meals." Taio would offer her own view on the squids before Adelle went to do the informing upstairs. They would actually be playing cards in there, a part of Rose's dexterity training again likely as the cards were thin and all that. But once they knew about what was going on, they'd come down to the garage floor too to join the planning of their next moves.

"If it's a big one down there, we could get additional aid from her. Maybe investigate some of it first? Not go too far in if it's a big one?" would be what Taio thought of the goings on and getting aid. "And think of who of us go in the first place. I think Rose here is out, she probably doesn't fit in there as things are, that tunnel entrance is kinda tight." she'd have some further views, giving the large girl a pat on the lower back as she said it.
 
"Mmm... yeah maybe," Adelle said before going to get Rose and Kathia.

"You two can keep playing cards, just be mindful of the entrance and stuff. If things start to get really out of hand, and you don't see us for a while, go get Hanzo and tell him where we are," Adelle would tell Rose and Kathia, before nodding to Taio. "And yeah that's what I was thinking too. Probably not large enough a hole to get Rose in... easily at least," she'd add as she went over and looked down the hole, before she would pull out her pistol and descend the ladder, looking around for any threats.

"Alright, looks like we're clear. Come on down..." Adelle would call up to Taio, assuming everything was clear that is.
 
"Yeah, I think we can go like this." Taio would not have anything against them just going as a pair. With the ladder down and just having enough reach to make it down there the two could go, Adelle taking point as she got down there first. With the only one way to go being a mild downward path, they could go relatively safely as it was a shallow descent and didn't have any slippery liquids coating it.

After a couple dozen feet of descent, they'd come to a strangely orderly-looking hall that was a good bit wider than the initial tunnel, letting them walk side by side if they wanted to. There would be openings on the sides going forward on this path, the nearest one they looked at revealing a big, cubical meat room with nothing of note in there, aside from the small gutters following next to the walls, all of them having that familiar whiteness in them. There would be a total of 5 entry points on both sides of the wall, in addition to there being one at the other end of the hall.
 
As Adelle descended the ladder and touched down, she looked around and found it not too bad. Once Taio was down, she would proceed further in until she came to a split in the path and sighed softly. "Well now... lots of ways we can go. Which do you like?" Adelle asked Taio, looking between each one and letting out a soft sigh of annoyance at there being so many paths to choose from, but figuring that they couldn't do anything about it really, so if Taio didn't have a specific path in mind, Adelle would take the left most path first, assuming it would end up becoming a dead end path.
 
"I can take the right side yeah." Taio would take the right side to look over, but she would not even enter the rooms, just walking past them as if there were nothing inside. And her readiness seemed to match this as she was taking it relatively easy and not being super alert.

Adelle herself took the other side, going into the rooms revealing that they all basically had the same floor plan of a large cube with those cum gutters on the edges, three of the first ones on her side not having anything in them, probably indicating this place was a really early build of a dungeon. On the fourth, she'd find one of the missing roper pods just chilling and being a roper on the far wall.
 
Adelle would nod to Taio and went down the left most path after they had agreed, and made sure to keep an eye out as she went. Seeing the trenches and gutters with flows of cum leaking down them, Adelle checked the first chamber, then the next... and so on, until she reached the fourth one on her side, and spotted one of the missing roper pods from her basement. "Hmm... there you are little bugger. Now the real question is this. How did you actually get out of that chest I had you stored in, huh? Did You melt the bottom out? Or did something else do it?" Adelle said, not approaching the thing just yet, and squatting down just out of its reach as she took in the features of this room to see what she would have to do to dislodge it.

She would leave the door open and would look back to see if Taio had returned from her room check yet, and if she had finished, she'd call over to her. "Hey Taio... here's one of those missing roper pods I had in the chest. There's one other missing though..." Adelle would inform Taio.
 
Taio would come back from her side rather quickly, still looking less than concerned with the area. "This place must be really new, there's nothing but empty space in the rooms on this side of the hallway. Well except those little ditches and the cum of course, somehow getting generated into them." she'd say as she came on over after investigating to see the pod chilling in the back of the large room. "It sure is there. And it isn't bothering us any. Maybe we can see the other one later?" she'd think of the creature and it being there.

With most of the areas already covered, there would only be the last room on Adelle's side and the bigger exit on the end of the tunnel.
 
"Yeah... this place has to be Really new. I'm wondering who made it, and when. And why too..." Adelle commented to Taio as she stood back up, not wanting to have to tangle with the roper just yet until they had explored the rest of the place, since it wasn't going to be That hard to explore the rest of it after all.

Adelle would walk over to Taio and head to the last path that hadn't been checked yet and was wondering if the other roper pod might be in there, or maybe deeper in. Surely this place couldn't have That much more to it. Right?
 
Taking a peek into the last remaining room would reveal it empty, making only one room occupied, and even that was comically oversized for the single juvenile roper living in it. If there were others, they were either deeper into the place or had made it out from Adelle's home some way that was not immediately obvious. That would leave them with taking the exit to the deeper parts, not they were all that deep yet.
 
"Hmm... this one's empty too... well mostly. Interesting... let's go a bit further in, and see what we see," Adelle would say to Taio, heading over to the path to the deeper parts of the dungeon... such as they were.

To be completely honest, Adelle wasn't expecting it to be too much deeper. But then again, she wasn't a creator of these dungeons, so she didn't really know precisely just what kind of place this might be. She felt... surprisingly calm and not overly threatened however, but she knew she needed to be cautious and on guard despite that. But as new as this dungeon seemed, it was clear that there wasn't much in here that Could threaten her, Taio, and Rose, and definitely not Kathia.
 
"Should be safe, somehow I think that thing is too busy minding it's own business to come after us." Taio would agree, looking over the comfy roper one more time before joining up with Adelle to take the deep path entryway.

Just as the main entrance had been, this too did not take long to go down, another simple shallowly declining path that went a couple dozen feet down. Things would start to get dark on that path though, and when they did get to the bottom, they could barely see each other or the room they had gotten into. It was another chamber similar to the ones above from what they could see, but they had entered near a corner this time, instead of in the middle of the wall. The floor there was covered by an inch-thick layer of cum, which made it slippery and probably not nice to trip into. The only real source of light was set in the distance, coming from what looked like a TV showing static, set on an elevated pedestal that looked similar to the ones where the dungeon hearts had been in the previous two dungeons they had visited.

"Well now, that was not something I was expecting to see." Taio would look at what there was to see in the darkness, now more ready than she had been upstairs just earlier.
 
"Yeah... you're telling me. Be ready for anything..." Adelle whispered to Taio and slowly inched her way forward towards that ominous TV set, and looking all around as she approached it once they had entered the room.

"Just what are you... exactly?" Adelle asked softly under her breath as she approached the TV set, the sheer darkness of this room feeling more than just a little creepy to her, and making her feel very uneasy about the whole thing, but there was something in her gut that told her this was no coincidence that this dungeon just happened to spawn underneath her house thanks to the roper pods she had.
 
The approach towards the TV would be peaceful at first, the only real sound audible being the girl's steps splashing the cum and the quiet static of the TV as it was fairly far away from them. The lack of light would make even this simple act more nerve-wracking than it was, and Adelle could swear she heard some steps that did not match their own coming from nearby as they did so.

A quick sound of splashing near them would alert the two to a potential threat, Adelle just barely managing to avoid a needle-like red blade from stabbing her as it swished just past her chest, a shadowy shape that looked like a lady in a dress quickly pulling back to the dark after the attempt. Taio would have her usual hair trigger to these things and react accordingly, but a swipe of tentacles coming from the shadows would stop her from going for it too hard.
 
Adelle could feel the hair on the back of her neck standing on end, and it was very... Very creepy now as she could swear she heard splashing behind them as she continued to walk forward. She barely got a glimpse at the figure, as her attention was more on the reddish blade that lunged forward and attempted to impale her right between her very generous breasts. "Whoa there..." Adelle yelped out as she just barely managed to dodge it by taking a single step back with her right foot, and leaning backwards.

She was glad that she stayed in decent shape, else she'd have fallen flat on her ass, if not been ran through by that blade just then. "Come on now Adelle... flame on," Adelle muttered under her breath and conjured a ball of fire and threw it in the direction the shadowy figure disappeared back into.

She would immediately conjure a second ball of fire and threw it into the air, but manipulated it to the best of her ability to keep it from exploding outward, so that it would shine some light in the otherwise dark room for them to better combat their new foe.
 
Taio would go on and buy Adelle the free time needed to produce her flame, stepping between her and the blade as it came for her again, using her own knife in a skilled parry to deflect the needle to the side. She'd try to grab the arm holding the blade to prevent them from withdrawing, but would just barely miss on it before having to avoid another swathe of tentacles coming at her. The exchange would still serve their needs well enough as Adelle could make her fires happen, the first passing by the target but the second giving them light enough to make it easier to figure out what was happening around them.

The light gave away the attacker to the two, a woman that was not too far off from Taio in both size and stature slowly taking sidesteps to avoid detection, the weapon in her hand being a needle-bladed rapier type of deal with no actual cutting ability as the blade was completely round until it tapered down to the tip. The blade itself was a metallic red and looked like metal, but it had a basket hilt made from small, tentacle-like flesh forming a small cage around her hand to shield it from other blades and secure the grip.

With a quick look over, the strange lurker woman was slightly shorter than Taio, looking like she was bordering on 5 feet in height. But somehow that short frame managed to somehow have even more exaggerated features than her friend was, a dark blue dress not that different from the sisters being her clothes of choice. But unlike the foursome with their choices, she had a wide-open cleavage that looked like it barely contained her giant chest. Another different thing was the rope harness she had on top of it, parts going around her shoulders and under her arms while one strand went down between those giant tits, eventually joining into the ropes tied around her torso under the boobs. Probably not seeing it worth it trying to use the darkness again with the fire around, she assumed a stance that might be a fencing thing, holding the blade in a high horizontal position with the point directed at the duo as she looked at them over her raised arm.
 
As soon as Adelle's second fireball went into the air and they were able to see the shadowy woman properly, even as Taio managed to fend off another attack and some tentacles, she couldn't help but feel a little aroused at the sight of the woman. She was gorgeous to say the least, and Adelle couldn't help but admire just how huge her tits were. Adelle said to the woman, conjuring a third fireball in her hand and preparing to hurl it while also shooting her pistol at the woman.
