((I think you're supposed to ask that before the case starts -.-))

If the judge has little doubt about his decision then a judge's decision is fine. If he is unsure that his decision will be the correct one, then it makes sense for him to call in a jury to decide.

The court's verdict is as follows:

This court has found the defendant, Aika, not guilty of acting as an attorney without the consent of the client.

Although the plaintiff, forum member ZeroSpace, did not request the defenant's assistance, the plaintiff gave consent to follow the decisions of the local governing body upon joining this community. This includes abiding by its decisions when made in regards to his own defense capabilities. After ignoring the matter being debated in the evidence, the plaintiff was deemed unable to address his own defense by the forum staff, and Aika was assigned as attorney.

Excellent. Now if you excuse me, I have a busy schedule. I have to prove that a certain sonic fan fails at internet.
