Re: [Updated Nov 25 ] [RELEASED] 封呪姫 - Fuuju Hime - Cursed Seal Princess

It's pretty pointless to level up the early monsters anyway, since captured monsters join at the level they were anyway. It's easier to just use the special characters and captured bosses throughout the game and replace your generic filler monsters as they fall behind.

I'm probably going to drop this until someone produces a save file though, I generally like srpgs and turn based strategy but it's like every single gameplay decision here was done to make the game as tedious as possible.

Does anyone know how many points you need to modify Lana's appearance? I tried putting 20 into one stat and it didn't seem to do anything.

Yeah, it took me a bit to realize but I think the intended strategy for the most part is to capture as many monsters as possible and then pawn them off for gold/exp or use them as fodder while the named characters do the work.

Unless it's changed, 30 per stage of change.

Re: [Updated Nov 25 ] [RELEASED] 封呪姫 - Fuuju Hime - Cursed Seal Princess

30 points per level, up to a cap of 210 I think. He might have changed that again.

Regarding the generic monsters, you will be doing some grinding at various points during the game. You'll hit a wall around the level 12 mark because the Oni girls show up and they hit like trucks, enough so that unless your main characters are 10+ levels above them they won't be able to take them alone. Once you're strong enough to deal with them you'll hit another wall when the upgraded versions of them show up around level 25, which show up in large groups and both hit like trucks and take hits like them on top of that. At that point you'll also be dealing with zombie/vampire girls (I don't know exactly what they are) in the crypts that have 23 attack and rush you from off screen.

It's fine to capture them, use them for a level or two and then replace them with stronger monsters, but at some point you'll have to actually train a few of them to deal with the increasingly nasty mobs in the late game. The bosses effectiveness varies, the Wolf girl has insanely good stats at 35 (8 speed, 26 phys atk, 25 phy defense), the Harpy has flying and great all around stats (Though nothing exceptional) and the Fox girl has great magic but poor phys defense, which is more of a problem because most of the mobs that rush you use Phys attacks and they'll one or two shot her if you don't keep her safe.

Best grinding zone I've found so far for gearing up for the crypt/desert is the level 19 volcano area. Typical run will net you between 450 - 650 exp, which is an entire level per run up until the mid 30's, depending on spawns, and the mobs there are easy and relatively unthreatening for anyone over 20 or so. Do note that most of the monsters you capture will have pathetically low phys defense (Like, between 3 - 5 points) and will get slaughtered even with training, so check your monsters stats before deciding which ones to grind (High base defense helps for grinding as well since a monster that can no-sell every attack can solo the stage and get more exp).

Why grind when you can just give yourself xp with cheat-engine?

I did take a while to recognize that the level listed on each area is the enemy level, not the recommended level.

Got to the first "run away" mission with all level eights and I figured I'd be fine since the mission level is five. Then I ran into a bunch of enemies who are all level five and have five in every stat, whereas my "special" characters have shit like six or eight in attack, and two defence. and my mooks have maybe three in attack and usually zero defence.

I made it through by collapsing the bridges and using two potions on main-girl.

(also, sacrificing all my mooks to buy time, luring the boss-character to the wrong side of the map)

Can someone tell me where the "show every scene" option is? I can't make heads or tails of the options menu, even with the translator-website scanning every page.

it is being sorta useful to decoding skills though. Still hoping for a partial. Had to run so many skills through the image-decoder thing, don't even get me started on items.

i don't fucking know how gifts work.

Re: [Updated Nov 25 ] [RELEASED] 封呪姫 - Fuuju Hime - Cursed Seal Princess

speaking of leveling up trash and of learning new moves, are certien moves locked to specific monsters (with the heroine being able to learn any?)

Because I just kicked a worm/leech thing up to 25 to see what would happen, and while it's still mostly shitty (terrible hp/defence, low move, decent attack) one of them learned a skill called "crawl all over" which paralizes the enemy, and another learned something that wouldn't translate, but the discription claims "steals the enemy's strength"

Tried it out just now, and it's a direct life-leech move.

it just died, so I'll have to check the move out when I finish this level, but I think the move's accuracy and power were both 80, with is great.

Taking a move like that and transfering it to a non-shitty character could be a godsend.

Then again, heroine only has three move-slots, and two of them are taken up by "reduce the enemy to 1 hp" and "fuck the enemy at 1 hp"

Battle menu, 設定、捕獲エベント (毎回 does it every time, other option is once only).

Ah, that's it. It changes her naked sprite a bit but doesn't seem to affect the CGs, which is odd because doing having the changes you make affect CGs is supposed to be the reason Mofuland didn't animate them. One of the preview screenshots has a CG with a girl that looks like an older Lana though, so I'm wondering if increasing everything just essentially gives you an older looking version of her and that's what's reflected in the CGs.

If so, hopefully it's not too much trouble to go back and forth between the different versions in the gallery.

Re: [Updated Nov 25 ] [RELEASED] 封呪姫 - Fuuju Hime - Cursed Seal Princess

Using cheat engine to find values of the body level up screen, I just saved up 10 points and then used decreased/ increasded value untill i had a list of 15. the number that worked was the number mulitplied by 8.

Re: [Updated Nov 25 ] [RELEASED] 封呪姫 - Fuuju Hime - Cursed Seal Princess

sidenote: can't work out how to grab any other values with cheat-engine, but your in-battle xp value works.

Holy balls it works thank you so much!

Re: [Updated Nov 25 ] [RELEASED] 封呪姫 - Fuuju Hime - Cursed Seal Princess

You meant the values for each body parts or the total distribution point?
Either way been trying both with no luck. Can you elaborate more?

They do work.

They do work.

Go to your stats distribution screen.

Start with the exact value of 6 for your first scan of a 2 byte.(This is assuming you haven't assigned any points yet)

Press the + button to add 1, and scan for 14.

Press the + button to add 1 again and scan for 22.

And so on until you get a total of what should be 10 items remaining.

Select the top 5 on the list and bring them to the bottom.

Modify them with a value of 8x+6. So if you want 100 points in a stat, the value should be 806.

After editing the values, click the confirm button to assign the stats. It should add the stats you have the values set at, and you end up with negative points available to assign.

If you add a value that is not 8x+6 it won't work.

Thanks a bunch. I'll try that.

well I put your save in the folder and it not showing up??

can anyone upload their save? for some reason the op save doesn't work even though I put it in the correct folder???

You don't have to put anything in any folder.

Use the save load button (in the save menu of the game) to directly load save file to the game.

It worked! The formula 8x+6 is correct! Thank you so much.

Re: [Updated Nov 25 ] [RELEASED] 封呪姫 - Fuuju Hime - Cursed Seal Princess

The grinding required to complete this game without cheating is just insane. it ruins everything.

it remembered me why I prefer western games when it comes to RPG.

i need full save for this game this game is getting harder and harder

Re: [Updated Nov 25 ] [RELEASED] 封呪姫 - Fuuju Hime - Cursed Seal Princess

Its entierly possibly this games "dificulty" is multiplied due to the language, i have a feeling a translation, even partial will substantially improve dificulty.
If only i could crack open these damn .dwf files...

I purchased the game yesterday and have yet to even start playing it, HAHAHA!
