The stars aren't right!(Helena/Courage Wolf)

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

"It might have worked if you hadn't revealed yourself first. I can't really think of anything else." Slowly the succubus gets on her feet, lifting Ginny up as well. "I've heard that these pools like snow. You might try that."

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

"Just being honest, he seemed really shocked at the idea" Helena thinks about snow and decides its easier to just make, Summoning a handful of fractured ice and snow she brings it back to the pool {You can have as much of this as you want... Yours for the asking...}

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

A tendril of water reaches out for the snow, melting it as it merges with the pool's water. "Alright. I can't really talk with him, but he seems to know how to write. You could try to use that, somehow."

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

"Thank you, I appreciate it" Helena is as good as her word and summons as much snow as she can next to the pool, a large pile of pristine powder within easy reach before she blows the pool a kiss and turns to Ginny. "You wouldn't happen to have a pen would you?"

Ginny indeed has a pen and paper, and as the trio makes their way upwards, they find the Mi-go on it's computer, typing something.

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

Helena isn't entirely certain how to make the attempt but tries anyway. "You wouldn't happen to know how to write in english would you?" She asked the Mi-Go, holding up the pen and paper hopefully...

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

The yeti focuses for a moment holding the pen before starting to scrawl a messy script on the paper. "Hello?"

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

Helena squealed like a small child, clapping her hands a little. "Remind me to bury that pool in snow! Hello! Ginny! you can ask your questions and we can make some progress! WOOHOO!" Helena proceeded to spin and bounce around the room excitedly.

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

Ginny starts asking the Migo all sorts of questions, most of which are answered only reluctantly and some not at all. The answers regarding slimes are quite interesting, but any questions about the Old Ones are answered with steadfast refusal.

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

Helena watches everything quietly after calming down a bit, looking at the answers and was a little confused by the Mi-Go's refusal to answer a few of them. "Is there a reason you won't answer any questions regarding the Old Ones? What could be the harm in talking about a group that isn't around any more?"

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

The yeti considers for a moment before writing a reply: "What is not could yet come to be."

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

Helena glances at Jasmine *What would happen if the Old Ones came back... I doubt it would be good...* Looking back at the Mi-Go, Helena looked at the words and thought again. "Would it be a bad thing if they returned?"

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

"Bad for Migo. Bad for humans, too. What they herald, very bad. Not so bad for you, maybe."

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

"That sounds like end of the world talk." Helena wandered off to think and speak to Jasmine, this wasn't making much sense, but she guessed that's why they were studying them. Because they didn't know. *What do you think Jasmine?*

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

Jasmine seems to be studying the Migo and his reactions. *I don't know. I wouldn't take him for his word. I wonder what he means by the Old Ones heralding something else. Ask him about human cultists.*

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

"Do you know anything about the human cultists? we rightfully had no idea what they were up to but they seemed obsessed..."

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

"They know little, but it's enough to make them dangerous. Lots of them, lately."

The yeti hands Helena a map with two places marked. One is in Antarctica and the other in the middle of Pacific. After a little hesitation, he marks a third spot near New York. "Miskatonic. They can help you."

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

Helena took the map and looked at it. The jaunts through the wildlife had been interesting, but a little time in a city with all the comforts that implied would be nice. *I vote Miskatonic Jas, Getting a little tired of fighting dragons and zombies and wolves and wasps. Seriously, how does anything get done around these places anyway!?* finishing that little mental rant Helena looked at Ginny, "I like the sound of New York...."

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

Ginny gives the yeti a small bow. "Thank you for the hospitality." Turning towards Helena and Jasmine she answers to Helena: "Let's go to New York, then."

Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)

Helena thanks the Mi-Go profusely, apologizing for her behavior and giving him a small smile before turning to the others "To New York!!! Soft beds, good food, Ahh what a nice change" Getting everything ready to go and giving another small thanks Helena headed for the exit. But not before going back downstairs to summon as much snow and ice as was humanly possible for the pool, she had promised after all. "Goodbye~, It was fun" She said before blowing the pool a kiss and bouncing back up the stairs and back towards the outdoors.
