Re: Are the stars right?(Helena/Courage Wolf)
Ahh... but that is to except the idea of good, and evil. Which I whole heartedly reject in it's Entirety. Helena countered, grinning.
What is evil to one culture, is praised in another, ine on group of people the lives of children are seen as sacred and to be protected at all costs. In another I've studied, children are cast aside if weak, put through rigorous torments to make them stronger, and those that fail and die are forgotten without a care. What was horrifying to one was glorified by the other, and yet, both have their astounding contributions to the world as a whole. In some places Magic is forbidden, evil, unholy, punished. In others risen to an art. I believe that we are only set apart, because we tell ourselves we are, because the prevailing idea is that we Have to be Special, when without that mass adherence to that belief, we most certainly are not. Look at a Cat. A cat eats, sleeps, breeds, bleeds, grows old, and dies. All things a person does. Gold only has value, because people say it does. Laws only hold because society desperately wants them to, when in reality, they're just Words. As long as people keep shackling themselves with this ideas, they will Never experience everything in life they want to experience. They wont even have the chance, instead wasting decades simply going through motions a civilized society demands they go through. she continued, grinning before she balanced a piece of roast beef on her tongue, before slowly drawing it into her mouth with a low groan of pleasure.
