Anyone know a good offline translator? NOT for Japanese?

I've been playing a few random Russian games and I can use AGTH to extract text but googles likes to be a pain in the ass with large texts or if my internet is out for whatever reason I then cant translate anything.

I can read the alphabet, so I know the obvious loan words and a few random words here and there from the various games. Other then that though lol

Sorry to bump this thread with a stupid question, but is there a Russian gaming industry similar to the Japanese one, i.e. vast and untranslated, I am not aware of?

I know that there are a few well-known ones (for instance wikipedia has a list

), but they are either translated or developed in English right off the bat.
