The engine complex, naturally a strategically important part of the ship, was designed to be easy to defend. Not the best place, from their point of view, for the wraith to be backed up against. While its automated defences and defending personel prepared to recieve a wraith attack, Corax and his men move to keep the wraith pinned in and crush them in a pincer attack.

Meanwhile Vulkan's team resumed the concentration of their fire on the remaining wraith. Lilith, now intrigued by the sudden deaths of the other wraith and eager to look for a cause, throws a small disc into the midst of their surviving enemies. Seconds later, it releases a burst of electricity that arcs between all the wraith standing within about two metres of it, along with all the wraith standing within about two metres of them, and so on. The electric pulse was designed to function like a a human Taser, only magnified for greater effect.

The wraith never saw Corax's attack coming, they were too busy focused on the defenses to notice.



Lilith's attack took out all but about four of their enemy, stunning them. The other four began firing back, though one seemed to be only doing so half heartedly.

Suddenly, a woman was next to Lilith.

"Want some help again?"


Lilith would take note the woman was wearing clothing that resembled what Siphon had told them the Ancients wore. Which meant she was either the woman they had recovered, or one of the ship's crew. Either way, pretty safe to guess she was on their side.

Caitlin kept firing around the corner. Not being able to really aim, she simply swivelled a bit in her seat to talk to Julia a bit easier. "Chances are the suit took the brunt, and I just caught the splash of it. I'd like to grab one of those weapons for study when we get out of this, see what I can learn of it."

Roger that. Backing up a little to put herself closer to Nova, Sho jerked her head in the direction of the corridor. "Head that way and take the first two rights you come to. Should sandwich them between you and us. Poor bastards." She grins.

Hearing Caitlyn, she chuckles. "You can have as many stunners as you want to play around with, once we get rid of the bastards and get the hell out of here." She moves back to help work on the group around the corner, doing much like Cait is and just pointing and shooting. Of course, the Zat bolt just needs to hit somewhere to take effect, so she counts the fact that she doesn't need to duck around long enough to aim as a blessing.

He snorts a little bit of smoke an ina flash was gone. Raceing around the corners he dug his claws into the ships structure to aid in his gathering of momentum as he made full speed right into the group.

"Suprise." He softly spoke as he took full demon form and slamed into the nearest wraith hopeing to take some other bodies down with him.

Nova again had surprise on his side, taking out about five wraith before they even knew someone else was there. The one's that did recover weren't fast enough to aim at him before Siphon started firing at them again, causing them to duck for cover, leaving them open to a second attack by their demonic opponent.



Sho got several lucky shots, taking out four of the six wraith in front of her with shots, while Helia blew away the other two in rapid fire.

Julia had swung back, blasting one wraith from the second group in the back as he dove for cover, killing him easily.


This left a total of thirteen wraith, who were now on the defensive majorly.

So, you think we ought to give them the chance to surrender? There's sarcasm in Sho's tone, given the fact that, well, grunt Wraith tended to keep going until they couldn't fight any more. From the spray of blood she caught sight of behind them, Nova was having a good time of it. There were few enough Wraith that she could try and put them out with her gift, but the Zat was just faster. At least there weren't as many shots coming their way any longer, which was a plus any way you looked at it.

Plunging his entire hand into the nearest wraith razor sharp claws leading the way, he quickly threw the body into the largest gathering of targets in an attempt to cause mayhem. He looked at the next nearest Wraith and lunged at him aiming to slash its face right off.
