Doesn't list loli or shota but the story and in-game content suggests that this content is present.

Very similar to 放課後の鬼ごっこ (RJ385039) AKA "Tag after school" which was that game where the kid got dared into staying at a haunted school and had to avoid a whole bunch of ghosts. The big difference this time is that there's an elevator which sometimes has a ghost girl in it and most of the cast is different but the archetypes are mostly present (except for Chinese zombie girl who there is no analogous character for this game).

It's a standard side scrolling survive in haunted location until 6 AM game. You run and hide from the girl that chases you, stare down the girls who don't move when they look at you (or are chased off by your flashlight), and disrupt the girls who force you to head their location. The biggest difference between this game and "Tag after school" is that there is a good ending that can be earned if the player has done all the sidequests (IDK what happens if you skipped any, I assume it'll just be a fade to black) meaning that there is a safe hub area to interact with people and do things for them (typically just trigger events and interact with stuff until the request is fulfilled, I only realized the game was in full-english after beating about 4 out of 5 levels). The girls you meet in the safe hub area are typically warnings of what you will meet in the dream world that night. The other big difference is that items are completely RNG and I mean heavily rng. You can get something worthless like nothing, the charger cables or stamina pills. Or you can get something completely broken like +1HP pills (and unlike "tag after school" there doesn't appear to be a limit to how many you can get from RNG search spots) or money (insta-trade at a vending machine for items like coffee which is a stamina refill or rice balls which is +1HP pill in vending machine form). I was able to get 9 drops of money in one particular night meaning if I could have just tanked all the sex that could happen that night and be just fine. Character status at the end of each night resets including inventory.

Story: You play a Man resting in the hospital (they are not implied to be a child AFAIK but the game contradicts this) and the hospital is apparently under the control of an Evil Cult. The main character spends his time awake interacting with the staff and other patients some of whom are children and then goes to sleep at which point the hiding and survival part begins
The Evil Cult has drugged the Man causing him to have severe hallucinations at night due to be implanted with a demon. On night 5 the character is forced to head to the basement where the cult extracts the demon from him. The demon is a succubus (the same one that shows up on the game over screen) and she reveals that she won't work with the cult because they demand she kill her vessel. She states that the boy is a sweet boy and she won't do that and vaporizes the cult members. She then becomes the main characters girlfriend. He asks her for her real name but she states that he would not be able to leave her if he knew her real name. She then teleports him "home".

Controls:
Honestly the controls are a mess.
Direction keys - Move, pressing up lets you select different actions if two or more are present
E - Interact with a location
Enter - use items
number keys - select items
R - Check the Map + see the time left in the night
shift - hold to run, drains stamina

Enemies:
Evil Nurse - She has a red flashlight indicating her vision range. Once she sees you, you will have to hide at which point she always feints the room before coming directing into the center of the room and then leaving for a while.

Gamer girl- She wanders the map going from hiding place to hiding place. Randomly the game will have her request the player for a vibrator (she will always know exactly where you are when this happens and will follow you around). If you don't get the vibrator or stick near her too long she will have sex with you. Also she will have sex with you if you duck into the same hiding spot she is in (there's always an indicator she's there). She will wander off letting you hide again if you retrieve her vibrator which is marked on the map.

Shadow girl doing people in bed- sticking around or entering a patient bedroom occasionally locks the room and causes you to have to search while a meter fills up. If you find the right spot you will get keys that can be used to exit the room. If the meter fills up to full she has sex with the main character.

Shadow Nurse (technically not a nurse but the main character's sister?) - She hides in the background and will be triggered when walking past. Just run away from her if you can otherwise if you are near her when she snaps her fingers she will do your main character.

Cat girl - She will show up and the only indication she is present is black cat footprints on the floor only when the flashlight is on. Just run away from her.

TV lady- On later nights there will be static TVs sitting around on the ceiling. Running past them will set her off and have her fill the hallway with hair. If you aren't able to duck into a room after a few seconds she will grab your character and do him.

Teddy bear girl (looks very similar to Mary)- Teddy bears will be asking for items around doorways. Failure to pay off the bear leads to you being raped by the teddy bear girl if you enter the room.

Ghost Nurse - She will only move when the player isn't looking directly at her. She only seems to disappear if you point the flashlight at her for about 3 seconds or so.

Vampire girl - She comes at you via bats but if you have the flashlight on the bats will slow down and eventually disperse. You must have the flashlight on at the max distance as otherwise she will still get you.

Elevator lady - Sometimes when you call the elevator a girl will be present in there. If you choose to take the elevator regardless (and its a very good idea to do this whenever you can if she shows up), an extremely easy minigame where you must press E to keep the heart at the same level as the indicator occurs. After a period of time you will be deposited at your location. Otherwise if you fail she does you in the elevator

Priest lady - Starts a player summoning ritual in a random location which is clearly marked on your map. You will be notified she is doing this when you see a black crystal floating over your character's head with a energy bar filling. Failure to intercept her before the bar fills and she will do your character.

Items:
Red pill = +1 HP when consumed
Green pill = Refill stamina if consumed even if stamina is red due to overuse
Cables = Can be used to turn the lights on... useless?
Battery = Can be used to put flashlight power to max
Watch = freezes everything
Coffee = bought from a coffee vending machine, same as green pill
Riceball = Bought from a riceball vending machine, same as red pill
Money = every 100 yen lets you buy something from the vending machine, you always get 100 yen from a money pick up.
Maybe some other items since RNG is stupid tough for this game and it seems easier to win if you just stay still for as long as possible.

General tips:
You can absolutely just camp the staff rooms with the hiding spot in the laundry and two item spawn spots that occasionally refresh. Only time you can't is if the gamer girl walks in (but you have a very lenient amount of time to react to her coming before she enters your hiding spot). Heck a lot of times I just stay there right next to the laundry hiding spot even though she's in the hiding spot presumably jacking off. I find walking around to be much more dangerous and likely to trigger a visit from the evil nurse, shadow nurse or cat girl (all of whom can be quite hard to dodge) compared to just sitting around in or just outside of a hiding spot.

The game is heavily RNG, sometimes looting will get you nothing and other times you'll find HP pills or money multiple times in a row.

I have no clue what the cables do. They let you turn on the hospital lights but it doesn't seem to be helpful at all.

this highly remind me of Houkago no Onigokko, which is exact same gameplay but in abandon school
for starter, i hate this fucking game due to how heavily RNG this shit is, the item spawn rate is dogshit and healing item is almost extremely rate. Even that goddamn bear have the audacity to ask me for red pills which is for HP recovery item which is extremely scarce, and even if the bear goes away, the room behind it doesn't guarantee item at all so essentially there's no goddamn point of paying the toll.

the spawn rate of enemy is also no brainer, there's too many time i got sandwich by 3 of more enemy at once then i can dodge them. furthermore, HIDING DOESN'T WORK! i've tried hiding from multiple enemy that chase you like Evil Nurse, Cat girl, Ghost, all of them still manage to prey on where i hide even though there's good 3s before they enter the room. And the bane of them all, Sadako who's literally unavoidable, spawning the entire corridor and essentially cutting half of your map, you better pray you have green pill to recover your stamina so you can get away until next door. The sister is like the piano girl in Onigokko, except she only spawn within a very specific condition and camp in a specific room, she will camp either in toilet or staff supply room and you need to be around 3 block away from said room for her to suddenly spawn and start chanting ritual, her countdown is too short for me to reach her because there's always one or two enemy that prevent me from getting her, mainly Sadako who quite literally cut me off from reaching the sister completely...

i swear the dev clearly didn't test this shit at all, 2 hour gameplay they said in store, result of internal testing they said, yeah right

want to add a little, TV lady is Sadako, i mean it's very clear, and she will grab you if your stamina reach 0 so you need to run inside a room, having green pill to recover your stamina is preferable so you can outrun her stamina drain
And elevator lady is Hasshaku, kinda shame she's a camping type enemy instead of one that chase you around.
as for cable, yeah it's only let you fix light in the corridor and the bear would often ask it, it's almost have no value

In my experience the bears typically should be completely avoided. There's pretty much nothing that they have that you need. I have been able to hide consistently from basically everyone except gamer girl and the evil nurse. Gamer girl forces me to leave or take a hit and evil nurse will usually leave but I've had an instance where evil nurse came in at the same time gamer girl wanted a vibrator so the evil nurse kept running in and out of the room until eventually the game decided my hiding spot wasn't working anymore.

Definitely agree that the game is a match with tag after school (aka Houkago no Onigokko) and the item drop RNG is extreme. I was able to beat level 5 by accident since the game just dropped me loads of red pills to heal my health. So while I was stuck in a few inescapable health losses (i.e the gamer girl + nurse scenario I just mentioned) I had full health the entire time. It should be noted that the elevator girl is extremely helpful if she shows up. Triggering her minigame acts the same as getting raped in terms of ramping down the threats. The game basically ups the difficulty until you take a hit but the elevator girl counts as taking a hit even though you lose no health unless you flub the minigame. The only tip I've got for Sadoko is that the hospital does loop except for 1st floor. So you can sometimes avoid sadoko by simply going to loop instead of trying to go through the actual hallway which will likely have Sadoko sitting there.

As for the hiding spots. They do work but for girls that need you to shine light on them like the ghost girl they will catch you if you don't get out of your hiding spot to drive them off. So if you hear someone enter the room and you don't see gamer girl or the telltale sign of the evil nurse flashlight get out and flash your light to see who has entered. TBF I've not had cat lady check on me in the laundry room so I assume if she does show up you are screwed.

the bears often block lot of room for me, essentially cutting my escape room and exploration spot by half, while have the audacity to demand me important item like red pills, or even high rarity item like pocket watch, some of which are item that i did not encounter in my entire playthrough. And yet despite paying the hefty price, it is more often the room they guard have nothing to harvest, it's a fucking terrible joke if you ask me.

Gamer girl possess no threat to me, during night 1 where it's very chill, she approach me and i kinda study her, yes she will follow you until you find and give her the vibrator or else she will try seduce you, but it appears that her seduction only start should you stand idly for bit longer than 5 sec, if you keep moving she will follow you and cannot start the seduction move and therefore can never seduce you. Furthermore she does camp some hiding spot and if she enter a hiding spot where you in or vice versa, it's a hit on you, but most of the time she's practically harmless and i'm fine with that.

the one that often fuck me over is mixed of everything that chase me, from evil nurse, catgirl, and even ghost. Yes the ghost is easy to counter, provided you have the liberty of 3 second to stand still to banish her and currently did not being chased by some other enemy, which often happen to me a lot.

also screw you for finding soo many red pills, i didn't found any in night 5, i did like over 5 attempt and only found 1, my win is a complete fluke. Also i never get grab by Hasshaku in elevator, mainly because i refuse to enter the elevator completely when she's in there, matter of instinct. And as for Sadako, it's not as simple as looping the entire corridor, imagine being chased by some other ghost or worst, the nun start chanting her ritual, Sadako essentially become inevitable obstacle when combined with some other mob, impossible to avoid without green pill
