What if all the game designers here got together and drew up a plan for a system similar to Steam or Desura with the exception of explicitly supporting adult games and content?
If payment was handled discretely, I'm sure it would have no difficulty getting off the ground, and with the amount of devs who seem disgruntled with DLsite, I'm sure it could develop an excellent library just as quickly.
