Guys, I guess you know about the PornHub apocalypse, sex trafficking charges etc ... and it had to adjust its (shitty) guidelines, plus payment services were blocked? Well ... that is bad now in the USA they are making a bill regulating all pornography sites in the USA with a bill called SISEA (Stop Internet Sexual Explotation Act).
News link:
Link to the proposal:
If this law were to pass, not ONLY all porn authors, porn sites operating in the USA will be affected, but also American hentai or furry artists will be banned, even if it is not written that they prohibit loli, shota, furry, milf , etc... BUT HOW CAN YOU GET CONSENT TO A FICTIOUS CHARACTER?
There is to worry because sites like PornHub, YouPorn etc are regulated ... but what will Twitter and Patreon do? They will probably banish any pornographic posts to avoid trouble rather than follow these guidelines as vague as the universe (so Patreon fulfilled his desire to get rid of porn artists).
This law will NOT STOP the trafficking of sex on minors or non-consensuals, THIS WILL WORSE AN ALREADY DESPERATE SITUATION OF ITS, as well as many artists will pack their bags and hope that NO NATION will emulate this law.
