I love Jinx's "Get Jinxed" tune. I haven't played LoL too much, and barely competitively, but I do enjoy some tunes and the CG movies Riot Games provide for their game. A lot better than the constantly weird "Source 2 engine" clips you get for DotA 2.

Though I have to say that DotA 2 - even though it feels even more hostile than LoL - does have its advantages. And some good music too! I love the way the ingame music is reactive to the situation, so when a teamfight starts, every music pack has a "pumped action" bit seaminglessly coming in, and dropping out after the fight. My favorite bit of my music pack

Oh yeah, it's pretty awesome too! I still prefer Garuda's tune especially for the introduction, as it's calm and soft, turning hard all of a sudden.
To be honest though, I don't think FFXIV has any bad tune. At least as far as I played (which by now with the addon and additional content patches isn't too far).

I never met, nor did I know Alexander! I finished the original storyline thanks to friends/my Free Company, and that was pretty much it! I reached BLM 50 in my last days, and received the first advanced weapon for my job. But after that, I stopped playing.
If you are playing - especially with the addon - you are most likely ahead of me!

Another tune I heard a lot, but never grew tired of:
