A long trek later, uninterrupted (thankfully) by other monsters or strange, naked people, and Rosie points down a trail that opens into a cleared area, currently sprouting with partially hidden gardens. The silhouette of her cabin -- a one-story affair, made of stacked and varnished logs -- appears in the fog, a porch rising out to greet them.
"Home sweet home," Rosie says, grinning weakly.
