I'm a Software Engineer. I'm thinking of making something but I'd like to have some info first...
Would you play a hentai game on your phone? Feel free to leave full answers below as well!
 
I don't see a reason why not? I've been playing hentai ren'py ports for like a year or so, and other games released on android.

I've never heard of any hentai games released on android, what are they? I'm not sure if it's possible to port to IPhone due to Apples strict content policy. But there are ways around the App Store.

There's a bunch of them on DLSite, there's even ports of koooonsoft's games like witch girl and such. Also you can find a lot of VN ports on r/nsfwgaming subreddit

I would, but I don't play casual games, mostly ACT, and there's not too much to choose there.
 
It really depends on the genre. The little smut I have on my phone is text-oriented, mainly because most phone screens just aren't big enough for all the detail I like in pics/video.
Plus, I tend to hulk out on any poor phone that wants me to be nimble-fingered. You may be able to get creative with a one-handed control scheme though...
I have an educated guess that less players will be playing it for an extended period at once, compared to PC games. Keep checkpoints/save options readily available.
 
Hell no! 100,000 times no! I would vote but that question is a bit specific about type of phone. I think personally if we needed a poll why ask about the type of phone you have unless you're double screening for something else. I might be paranoid but whatever. Either way, to the above question no, no, annnnnnnd never no.

OP is asking about iphone or android since ports can be made for either phone. The poll is to see which phone type the OP should make/port the game for instead of just running in blindly. Especially since ports for IOS are a pain in the ass to do. I also fail to see what OP could maliciously do with this information that couldn't already be done without asking a hentai forum.

I apologize, I didn't mean for it to come out like that. My life has been pretty rough so I tend to hold irrational biases. I didn't mean to make it appear more then what it sounded, I was typing rather quick without giving it too much thought. Thanks for the check, I'll be mindful next time.
 
I dont see any reason to not to? Its like saying "would you play porn vid on your phone"?
 
No, h-games are me-time and me-time is for home where I can comfortably sit at my pc.
 
I’m capable of writing applications which will work on Web, IOS and Android. I’m trying to determine if it’s worth the effort to do so. It seems like at least a few people would use it on Android but I may want to exclude testing on IOS to save time. Since not many people use it.

which is fine by me because IOS is a bitch ass to work with. Thanks Apple.
