I still have it (rip Hoshi), might as well highjack the thread so others might find it if they were also looking for it.

Do note that there are several "Granddaughter" works by Yosino, some of which were de-listed from DLsite. The patcher will work on the "Granddaghter Short Story" (孫 短編 其の一) series, not the original ones which are no longer on DLsite, nor on the "Rebirth" / re-remake, which were posted by striker in the OP
