I've always been of the position that love is hard enough to find in the world, so if someone does find another person who's shit they're willing to put up with, it doesn't really matter to me what organs they have.
Caveats: As long as it's not me, everyone's consenting, of the mental ability TO consent, and they're doing it in an acceptable place i.e. don't be porking each-other in the middle of the street.
