Since neither of my posted characters ever got threads, they are grossly underpowered but I'd still be interested in having Haro fight someone. She's more fun to RP out, even in the midst of combat.

To those in this making derpgens: Stat scaling at character creation (and with xp but that matters less for this) has changed. Now, over 50 costs 4 for 2, and over 70 costs 6 for 2. Up to 50 is still 2 for 2. Also, Exceptional now ignores scaling for races able to take more than 3 extra Talents for Flaws.
Also also, I will probably use this for general DG4 rules updates from now on.

It wouldn't affect Alex, at least. I am not making existing characters who have been played, or even characters who are finished and in use rebuild themselves for ye scaling change.
