You clearly haven't played this guy's previous games, let alone checked out the stats or userbase on his DLsite let alone his blog posts if you think his approach towards more realism is some sort of "recent" novelty or development. Again there's plenty of porn games out there with styles for guys (maybe girls too?) who unironically hate "3dpd" women, if you don't like this game kvetching here about it won't do anyone any good.
And how exactly did you figure out I didn't play any of his games before? Is it because I don't have the same opinion as you do?
As a matter of fact, I played every single one of them, multiple times. Heck, I even translated one of his games.
And what blogs posts are you talking about? The ones he updates every year or two once? You think one blog post will give you an insight into what a person thinks during one whole year?
You assume far too much about what someone's opinions and goals are based on some posts of people that bought his game on dlsite and blog posts that are updated once a year.
If in case you're talking about some other blog I never heard about, please do share the link to it, if it's not a problem.
I went back to his website(blog) and read through the few of the blogs he has posted thinking I clearly missed something, but I can't see anywhere even a mention of this "realism" you're talking about.
Besides this last game he's working on, his art has been pretty much consistent without any major changes to it throughout all of his game.
Well, someone might say Rhodes game was a bit different with the art, but I don't see any major differences in art between Sangeki of Gear and Rhodes.
Then again, I'm no expert when it comes to art. Maybe some trained eyes can see some big difference where I can't.
