Thanks to @Anurabis and @mayaktheunholy for helping out.
Quests are translated.

You need to start a New Game and not continue from your old one.
If you do not, any old quests you have any other things will get messed up / not translated.
Partial is updated to 1.0.6 . You can use 1.0.0 and it will work just fine with the partial.

So any suggestion on what I can use to get the files into the game? I never actually used partials before and the game usually security locked behind dll files and rgss3a files

I wish it could have full translation,it would be good to know what they talk about
 
Thanks for the partial. Even if it isn't a full translation (would be nice if there were one, though), it makes the game playable

just give the partial already attached and altered to the game. I've spent 4 fn hours converting and downloading decryptor and altering files. it doesn't work..... please, just give me a link to download the partial game. I've even attempted to download translater++ and that doesn't even load. i've followed step by step directions. nothing works. someone please give me a break
