Plansect is a section nobody enjoyed. Hell, even Queen Bee couldn't salvage that disaster. Another incident that comes to mind is Beelzebub, although I can't find screencaps of what was said, the short story is that Rogue had to take breaks between translating Beelzebub and had to actively force himself to finish it before moving onto the rest of the game. While multi-breasted fly chicks is fine, the rape scene is... wow. I can see why it took a lot out of him to even finish the second chapter.
You know there are people that actually like the nightmare girls right? Plansect was one of my favorite parts of the game, and I enjoyed quite a few of the angels (not talking Cupid and Valkyrie either).
Beelzebub was legit horrible though.

PFFFFFTTT :ROFLMAO: He looks like a bad Castlevania OC!
That is Luka's son. Believe me, the daughter looks worse.

Oh, and some spoilers about lore, but

Something apparently happened that caused Luka to want to revive Heinrich, which in turn fucked everything. The son and daughter are apparently going around, trying to make sure past events occur as they should while Reaper and White Rabbit are just simply trying to keep everything from exploding. Brynhildr is allegedly Luka's attempt to help all the past versions of himself, which explains her unquestioning submission to his "authority". It also explains that, if there is a paradox and all the Luka's are connected, why a math problem Ilias presented to test Brynhildr was so easy for Luka despite his otherwise dense behavior. Sonya is also part of the paradox, though acting more as a "janitor" for the affected timelines similar to how the named Apoptosis (non-companions) function. Basically, they "delete" timelines that are being polluted by other timelines in an effort to limit the damage to neighboring timelines and ultimately prevent a catastrophic failure across the multiverse.

Sonya dies in part 2, but another version of her is torn from a neighboring timeline. Her death is only known to Luka, as is her true identity. A working theory is that the main timeline was de-stabilized following the "death" of Ilias and sealing of the most powerful angels under her authority, which would in turn present a power vacuum since there was nothing to oppose the monster lord or her kin. Even if another angel rose to take Ilias's spot, they would be significantly-weaker and less-capable of exerting their own authority while facing pressure from monsters who might not feel inclined to try co-existence. With such a huge power vacuum coupled with the defiance some monsters had towards Alice herself, it would stand to reason that the hinted-at "extinction of Human's and Monsters" (A special scene from after you recruit the succubus idol in Paradox part 1. Promestein gives a presentation on how co-existence is a failed concept because monsters will inevitably give in to their baser instinct for sustenance and male Human's who choose to procreate with them will inevitably find themselves outnumbered) would be an inevitable reality. Also, we've seen that monsters who were sealed previously became unsealed soon after, which means a monster like Alice the 9th(?) could easily unseal herself and attempt a coup.

Anyways, just some thoughts.

I think I've seen enough lore guesses, to be completely honest.
They range from sensible to what the--
But in all honesty, I'm sad that the next title is the last of the MGQ universe. His next games the dev mentioned would "reference" the main games, so it's most likely a "MuLtIpLe UnIvErSe" cliche but ah well
Which opens up a yuri MGQ right? Right?!
of course I'm right.

I just want a well-fleshed out yuri game for a change.
RPG Maker games with yuri being the main focus is something I think would be a nice breath of fresh air, especially since almost every ecchi title coming out is an RPG Maker title.
I get that it's not everyone's pallette, but I'm just feeling burned out on the current cliches.
Something with the scale of MGQ but with yuri-- even if I only get one title out of it-- is something I'd stick around to see.

Why not a million and 1 then?
I personally think it's weird to want a guy who's passionate about a hyper niche subculture and who helped popularized that subculture to then go on and make something generic. Like the guy has passion for monster girls, and femdom. Why would you want him to work on the exact opposite of that?

I just want a well-fleshed out yuri game for a change.

I never really understood the yuri genre as a guy.

There's a lot of overlap with yuri fans and the games I like so I've tried to understand it unlike the weirdos who like guro and NTR. (lol don't take it personally guys, I don't hate you)
I couldn't get it. There's no explanation either. Like how some people like feet and a lot of people will never be able to convince others WHY they like feet. I can't explain why I dislike girl-on-girl or futa-on-girl. Shit's kinda just disgusting to me. I can't get invested emotionally, and male writers who write female characters never do it as well as their male characters since they're secondary sources on the female experience.

Maybe you'd get a yuri game with a good story if girls were more interested in porn, though the ones that are kinda just make futa.

That's not quite what I heard.

First, Ilias' death destabilised space-time because of her being the goddess of holy energy (and because space-time was already weakened by Ilias repeatedly rewinding time to revive Luka), not because of any power vacuum. This resulted in the countless alternate universes, the Paradox one being the first.

Scientists in the Paradox version of Remina tried summoning Heinrich's spirit using his sword. However, Black Alice's blood on the sword meant that they summoned her instead - specifically, the Black Alice from the original universe who had used White Rabbit and had just been defeated by Luka and Alice. This Black Alice was able to fully become a goddess, a goddess of Chaos, causing the Great Disaster in the Paradox universe.

Brynhildr's creator is unknown, but it's implied to be a alternate version of the Seekers of Truth.

Sonya is still something of a mystery. I'm pretty sure she's not part of the paradox. Her dying at the end of Part 2 only happens on the Ilias route: on the Alice route, Nuruko reveals herself as the Spirit of Chaos and fixes everything without Sonya dying.

Promestein's stage scene actually says the opposite - she claims that humans won't die out because one human male can breed with multiple females, so enough human females would still be impregnated to keep the human population up. This arguably wouldn't work since people aren't emotionless robots that follow the greater good, but Promestein doesn't mention this.

I guess I didn't make it obvious enough that I was joking. Honestly a female main would be cool with the yuri and all, but I don't know how it would work lore wise. I know that there are monsters who will rape female humans for fun and stuff, but most monsters you meet seem to be only interested in food sources or breeding.

Aren't there a million games where female protagonists get raped by monsters with dicks?
Monster with dicks =/= "monster boys" (?)

All I want is a quality game over rape game with a male protag.

The Violated Hero series got stale after the third game.

I think what you want is good english translations of the ones already out.

Shrift's a good one.
P.D Creation's A World A Robot Girl Dreams of is also a good one.
haamuhaamu made a decent one a while back.

Sad news is it's all machine translated basically. Like seriously, Dargoth's the best. We got lucky he decided to translate MGQ and do it so well.

I kinda wish Torotoro hired an animator for his game, because that would super increase the quality of his games.
