This is a REALLY buggy game. Despite having my weapon equipped, I still have to use my fists (glitch happens after reloading).
 
For the weapon bug: You need to try to clothes change first(no need to change, just talk robot and save). After that you can put weapon.
 
Guess that's what happens when you only see big fake tits in porn.
