Nah it's cool, just....that time period show a lot of promising H RPGs and probably 10% were actually finished. Violated Heroine started a trend, but no one had the dedication to follow through.

VH actually put RPG Maker games on the map for me and a lot of other old Hongfire members, so it's actually kind of cool to see the old abandonware titles again. Still a little angry though~

edit: OH wow!! I thought I missed my chance on that game, thanks for the upload Hentar.....*sigh* yet another game that needs to be completed.

If you'd like to post an RPGmaker game and are unable to because of this thread's status, please post a new thread containing it's title in both Japanese and some translated form. Also provide the DLsite link and give a basic explanation of what can be found in the game, such as the ero content and/or some basic tips on how to play through said game.

If you'd like to discuss a game that is already up here, create a new thread about the game and send me a message containing the same information I specified above and I will do the rest.​

Many of you are used to requesting games on this thread. If that is your purpose, I ask of certain things. If you feel there will be no discussion on the game and don't really care and just want a version for yourself, that is what the hentai finder thread is for. HOWEVER, if you wish to ask for a game and sincerely care about said game, please realize that you do not need to have a download link to start a thread. We are not just a sharing site, we are a community. Which means if you post a new thread with all the things I specified above and you do not have a download link, you will not lose any points for that. It will still generate discussion about the game, and sooner or later, someone will most likely post a download link that can be edited into the first post for everyone to see. Please DO NOT just ask for something based on title or DL site info alone.

If a specific game comes out that you would like to have more discussion about make a thread to talk about it specifically as toxic has detailed.

Also keep in mind that this is provisional, I am behind toxic's decision to create specific threads and attempt to curtail the huge loli debates here. I unlocked this thread though because i hope you might be able to treat it as a news thread. We are trying to have our cake and eat it too, so don't screw it up or you'll start having to choose.

iirc, he's basically finished most of the main story line but the art/side events aren't done.

at this point it's likely that he'll release a new, and final, trial (unless major bug appear of course) near (or with) the full release of the game.

Circle MadScript have announced their next work, right now it's only the rough sketch of the 2 main characters but given their previous works so far I expect similar system with the previous work (location on map, choose from list of actions combat, 2 characters to use)

Pretty much, except I hope they'd just lock the thread, not delete it, as there's still plenty of valuable information in it.

I just hope the mods are willing to do their part and merge threads, as we're going to end up with several threads for the same game as too many people can never be assed to search beyond the front page.

News about what, exactly? Other games? Create a new thread for it or post in the existing thread if it's there. Hentai developers or circles? The unsorted section, or even the general hentai section. News about the forums? We have stickies and different sections besides the hentai section. Go discuss there. I'm not really sure what you mean by a "general" news thread.

We're perfectly willing to dig out the necessary information for you, so long as you tell us what we're looking for. I'm not going to go out of my way and sift through every single one of these posts and make a hundred new threads. Granted, this idea of diffusing this thread was our idea, but it's just unreasonable to have the two of us split nearly 400 pages of content into the appropriate threads. It'd be nice to know what's worth taking out and what's just fluff.

Also starting now, any discussion about a specific game that has to do with the game itself (Asking for a download link, posting a walkthrough, asking for help on getting past something, tips, etc) will be deleted. Information about new releases will be okay here, but if you guys start talking about specific things in the game, please feel free to message one of us and we'll take all the corresponding posts from this thread and make a new thread out of it.

I would like to reiterate.

You people lose NOTHING in this deal.

You will gain easier access to information.

All that's required is the patience to wait for people to post a game, the same as you did before, but now it'll be in a new thread.

All that's required of you posting is very little more than you're already done. Just some forms of titles with the RJ number

There is NO downside to this for you. No information will be deleted, it will just be reorganized so that one post about a certain game follows another, instead of being 50 pages apart.

This will pretty much end up in a huge amount of rpgmaker threads in the games section over time.

If we have to do it this way I'd really prefer if we got a subforum to do it in.
