Release Date: 24th December 2019
To start the game, turn on JAP text in order to enter the girl's name as a check. It must be in Japanese.
Gameplay:
A quick summary of the combat stack-based skills. You need x amount of stacks to unleash a learned skill. Otherwise, you mash attack by tapping the portrait of the enemy of your choice. Red is skill, Blue is defend, yellow is item, and green is an escape, as for as I can tell. The gameplay is rather minimal and there isn't much to do for exploration. The biggest hang-up is that game over rape is annoying to collect. You use a tent item to save in dungeon, you get rape CG back to back which means you need to get raped, then restart and kill before being raped by the 2nd one then restarting for the 3rd time and do the entire process all over again. Or, you get a lengthy exposition which you will clearly skip in order to get the CG but you didn't have the option to save for a while. Clearly, oversight of the developer not to understand player behaviour. You also need to do a lot of weird things to get CG which you may not know. Like resting at the oasis leads to rape, being a maid leads to rape, doing drugs on the street leads to rape, or just not reading the text when being given a choice, can lead to rape. Or get arrested for prostitution. That is also fun when you think you have that option.
Story-wise you have these factions which all basically bend their knee to you by the end of the story. Nothing really of importance and the game is rather boring to play through. The combat seems tacked on for reasons we can only say that it required a game to go with the CG.
Story and guide:
The story is basically about a nun found by a purple skinned succubus(?) who is apparently also a nun. She is raised in the monastery for most of her life and after she gets into a bit of a problem with the black-haired nun. They are raided by humanoids. These humans would also be called Orcs. The girl flees and winds up trying to cross the border. Well too bad as she is now sent off as a slave. She is then spending a rather minor section of the game in a prostitution town which acts as a tutorial for the prostitution system which is basically 5-6(?) cg repeated without body variations for the males but does have the heart variations. The protag will leave the town through a masked goblin/ogre/orc/Shrek who trains her for a few days before you are ultimately tasked to search the well. You come back up to find that this town gets burnt down cuz protag needs another reason to leave. She goes to a port and then receives a bit of aid from the local twin tails and an old man. You head west and encounter a girl with glasses. The protag must somehow get into the palace/town hall and meet the living crap out of the neet in the basement. Head to the forest in the east of the town and fight a bit before you head on back to the town to find it also burned down. This sort of becomes an ongoing trend by the way. Once this is settled and you fight off the invaders, you head back east to the port and get onto a boat for the next continent. But as per RPG tropes go, a Kraken appears and shipwrecks them all. Now the girl is left drifting until we get a time skip to her as a dancer/prostitute working in some rundown town. This is when we are introduced to the dancing mini-game. This is and the next one is the worst mini-games are they are based on your HP which really sucks since every attempt required to progress the storyline will drag on for minutes. You go and help them out and you see it get burnt down again. She leaves town and heads into an oasis city filled with prostitution, a colosseum, and a discount Gilgamesh. Here you are tasked to become the next champion before you can head onto the next part of your journey.
Once done, you head on past the desert and reach the human city. This place is anti-prostitution because it's run by either hardcore Christians or by hardcore politicians. We can't tell because they all look the same. You are basically tasked to get into the corrupt palace to challenge the corrupt government, but you are actually supposed to go work as a maid serving drinks in the tavern. Same thing as before, HP based mini-game. Just run the clock if you just want to finish. The MC will find out blue maid is actually some sort of political figure. It's like Bernie Sanders moonlighting at a maid cafe out in Akihabara. You get inside and somehow either get captured or enslaved. Either way, you wind up north of your current position. You are basically here as a sort of training camp arc(?) where the protag has to train under the tutelage of a strict no-drinking Shrek. Once you finish the two dungeons, you head on down and find yourself met by the invading army. Here you either fight to your rape or surrender which somehow doesn't even involve rape at all. Huh, didn't think orcs obeyed UN laws for war. She breaks out of jail once inside the demon castle and proceeds to find both the black-haired nun and the succubus who raised her. They escape with the help of twin tails and some old fogeys. Once you walk back you basically go down memory lane with the succubus mother. At this point, you are on your way to becoming the new saint so hang on tight. At this point, we find ourselves going back to the city, arresting the corrupt folk, then heading east to the somewhat Asian empire. Here, we are tasked with saving a long-haired guy and a little emperor. Because we have no sex with the long-haired guy, we can assume he's a eunuch. Here, we are doing yet another mini-game x amount of times to proceed. We are now running a cabaret club. Thankfully this one is easy, yet very boring. Just match the girls with the guy's interest. OR or or, just throw them at the guys at random and just get your completions into progress. Now we can head off to a graveyard. Find the boy, and fight another corrupt politician. Here, we are met by two sides. A catgirl army and a dragon boy army. The girl is friendly after she gets raped by your soldiers. The boy, unfortunately, doesn't like butt stuff so he's dead. To defeat the boy you need to head south and get the magical electric tentacle monster. Yes, magical tentacle monster. He will use his electric typing to hit the flying type enemies to do super effective damage. At the end of the conflict, we are then able to head back to the back city as the new saint and a final boss fight. To do the final boss fight we need new equipment which is barred behind getting materials. No idea where the blacksmith is to make it, the one in the red-light district just upgrades gear.
Controls: It's rather basic. CTRL to skip text and clicking with the mouse to interact with the game.
As for content, no loli or shota involved. Only old men, not kidding. Most of her game overs either include young rapists or very old rapists.
Brief Description + Details:
The developer has said very little about the plot and gameplay of the title so far. Nevertheless, some details may be gleaned from the images and notes that have been posted so far. (Note: All images & content were taken from publicly available developer posts. Follower-only images & content were not included for obvious reasons.)
-In case it wasn't obvious enough already, this is not an RPGMaker game.
-60+ Base CGs.
-The prostitution element may be a significant part of the gameplay, given the existing DLSite splash image & text. (Note: I could be completely wrong about this.)

That should be it, for now.
27/03 Update - Simple lockpicking system added (not clear if it'll be in the final release or not). It's a time-based mechanic, but dev says it gives you a lot of leeway so shouldn't be too difficult in-game.
More importantly, the release date might be pushed back again so the dev can work on more CGs for new events.
21/12 Update - Release Date announced. 24th December 2019 on DLSite, 25th December 2019 on FANZA/DMM.
