Do we have any title for the upcoming game?
 
I was a little sad that Hasumi wasn't going to be the protagonist again after everything that happened in the first game but damn i'm excited for the new game already, the character looks good
 
judging on those teaser the next one will be another Platformer game, after Mermaiden i kinda expect the next one to look and handle better than this one.

Yes, I imagine their game engine is set up now. It should be very easy to swap the assets out for new ones. I would not be surprised if the they reuse some background stuff like trees etc.
 
It pains me to say this, but I hope it's genuinely expanded on compared to this. Rape is a joke, status effects beyond avoidable and most enemies are laughably easy whilst the H content can be underwhelming(depending on your tastes, the robot levels are pretty meh). These games don't deserve to be like the other 90% of 2D ACT games.

Kinda agree, great production value aside the previous game didn't wow me that much. Really digging the new girls' design though so I'm optimistic
 
After hearing they were planning on still having enemies all die in one hit in the next game...I don't want to say I've given up on it, but my expectations aren't that high.

I'll probably still play it, and even enjoy it for what it is, but I'm not expecting it to be that impressive.
 
Since the focus seems to be the new project,I wonder if an english version of Mermaiden is still on Mizuku's plan

Not like it matters SOOO much,really...but the bad endings seemed to be enjoyed better when you could actually understand the dialogue.
 
I think this author is the few that i prefer their RPG game rather than a sidescroller/platformer game because god damn their first hasumi game had the perfect balance between H-stuff and gameplay and it was hella hot. But on the other hand the animations are so good too
 
Anybody mind explaining what happens in the true ending? I think i got it but saki got eaten by the embryo, then hasumi beats the embryo and is too late to save saki? Saw the end credit scene but i have no idea what is happening.
 
NVM, I accidentally changed the keybinds and couldn't use my items.

There's already a fan translation. They used Rei and then turned that into grammatically sensible English so you don't have to pause for Rei to translate anything and can actually understand what's being said. It's available for 1.15 on one of the usual download sites (I think maybe fapforfun).
