Naw, it's definitely not that, it doesn't even show the loading time when starting up, and if I use the "bundled publishing installation" option it actually works fine, it's just annoying since it adds like 300mb to it and seems to break some games.

Edit: Got it fixed, something was wrong with my windows profile, recreated and now it works fine

What is: "RPG RT" ?
 
latest cheat update XP/VX/VXAce, the experience modifier is a bit buggy, it reset itself a lot.
 
My antivirus keeps getting wild because of this tool. Detecting some Trojans and whatnot. Anyone get the same experience ?

It's the way the soft act. It's kinda the same as virus act to get info on the computer. If you fear for your computer, forward the file to your AV for analysis. So far, each time the AV comapgny hd ended up flaging it at safe. But the process must be repeated for each update of the soft, so the peoples end up being fed up of doing it each and avery times.

I guess it's a bit antiquated. I don't see games for sale in this format. I always see them on Japanese forums.

RPG RT doesn't exist.
Seeing as tehre a RPG2000.ini file in your folder, it's more likely to be the RPG maker 2000 version.

You can try Libellule's plug-in for MV. Else there the good old way of using tools like AGTH + TA or VNR.. there some other thread for how to use them in the forum.

RPG Maker 2k-2k3 is way too old, I think I won't add support for this.
General mtl program will work fine with it i guess.

So the problem was with my own PC, unrelated to your application. I discovered that I couldn't open a cmd prompt at all, not sure if that was the ultimate hang-up, but certainly explained why the "launch with tool" .bat file wasn't working. I tested this by creating a new profile on my PC and trying out everything and it worked fine. I decided the easiest thing to do was to just move to the new windows profile which I did.

is there an actual way to turn auto saving off? setting to 0 minute doesn't work, it auto save every few seconds.
 
Thanks for the excellent work. I am able to translate the game and play.

Is there any way to apply the translation(permanently) to the game files so that it always starts with the translations loaded?

You need the tool open.
Otherwise the tool won't loading.
So the translate won't load either, because I don't modify the game.
