COM3D2 doesn't need japanese locale at all. Neither its dlc installers.
CM3D2 on the other hand does need japanese locale but you can use a locale emulator (NTLEAS) to run it. Its dlc installers also need locale emulation.
If you're not playing CM3D2 then you don't need japanese locale at all.
The COM-CM link works regardless of locale. So you can disable japanese locale at any time.
I myself never change locale. I always prefer emulators.
If you download mods from twitter you will need to run and extract the zip with NTLEAS or

or change the system locale otherwise the extracted folder/file names will be all messed up.

Reinstall MaidFiddler if you had it installed for en version.
Give me the exact name of the dlc and is it for en or jp version ? Don't post links.

I just downloaded them both and they work fine.
My guess is that after you extract them the path is too long or you try to run from a restricted folder. You might need to right click and unblock the updater if it's in Downloads. Also try running as administrator.
 
hello, I have a (kinda) stupid question. how do you fully uninstall the game? I tried using uninst and failed, it doesn't exist in control panel too. I tried searching in the guide but it didn't exist as well.

Delete folder. Done.
You can also run regedit and delete the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\KISS
 
Hello I have updated the DLCs but the DLC checker still says it's not installed, is it just a bug?

If you are certain that you installed all of them then it's a bug. If you try and run the installer again but all files are marked with X then clearly it's a bug.
COM3D2 Adult Enhancement Pack feat. Little Devil, Imouto, Maid Secretary, Wary, Ojousama, Osanajimi will always display as not installed because of an error in dlc checker list. There's also a bunch of free dlc I didn't bother to look for

You are right, that particular DLC is the only thing that displays as not installed. Thank you for the clarification!

I specifically joined this site to ask you

Is this mod pack the latest (are there any plans for a version from 2022?)

Does it include Korean mods? The korean community is so secretive about mods. On arca.live they link off COM3D2 users to a private group (where only korean citizens can get access because it's gated behind phone and ID verification for the site) and they recommend new users download a mod pack called 커붕팩 "kerbung mod pack". Their group is here

What do you mean by 2022 version ? R4.6 is the latest modpack. I compile one every 3 months or so based on the latest mod development which is going downhill pretty hard.
The repacks (actual game repacks) are none of my business but I did hint at where to get the latest and how to get latest dlc. I wouldn't go with korean repacks though. They're hit or miss. Use the long tested Custom maid ultimate 2022.
I heard about that "kerbung pack" or whatever it is called. I imagine it's a pre-modded korean repack with korean translation. Or some kind of "forbidden" mod repository. I wouldn't expect it to be anything special though and I doubt that it was curated or designed to be dumped directly in the game folder as an addon like my builds.
Modpack R4.6 does include some korean (and not only) mods that are otherwise inaccesible. It's a shame that arca was shut down to general public. They did release some interesting mods once in a while.
That being said, I won't make a list of what exactly is included in the modpack. You'll have to discover for yourself.
 
May I ask if there is a guide on changing the other male models in group yotogi? I vaguely remember doing it in CM3D2 by replacing the mbody/mhead, is it the same?

I answered that in the FAQ in the master guide. It's not something I would recommend doing if you don't understand how it works.
 
So I downloaded the 2022 Ultimate edition, and is the DLC checker just out of whack? The list included in the description of it has things that the DLC checker is saying is missing

Edit: Confirming that the DLC checker is saying things are missing when they aren't. Checked with at least the personality packs, I'm assuming the issue is that a lot of the newer DLC that it says it's missing isn't put in via the DLC updaters, so the checker isn't actually able to detect them unless you do.

I was wondering if you knew anything about these bugs? The first one i'm not really sure, but in the second i removed the files and didn't seem to do much. Something is causing my maids skin to have a weird white texture after the new update from kiss (2.24.0), and i'm not really sure what is causing it. I have no other errors in the console though.. I thought about searching for the mod itself, but i'm not really sure i even be able to find it online at this point. I don't know where to ask about com3d2 bugs, so i thought i'd ask here x)

First 2 are some broken mods that I'm not familiar with. Fix them or remove them. At least give me the source so I can take a look at them.
I'm not sure about the last one. I don't think the update 2.24 is causing it. It's likely another bad mod that is causing it. You could temporarily remove all mods and check if the issue persists.

I took the second one out (fully), with no change. In the first one, i took it out but basically gave me another error saying the file was missing. So I assume the file was indeed being used by something.

Though, i remembered i tried the new ' Maidloader' instead of 'Modloader' i did everything it said to do, and MaidLoader simply did not load my game. I switched back to ModLoader, and maybe that somehow bugged my game? Source for first error was:

no idea other, but it doesn't seem to be the problem anyways.
