VN/TEXT RPG Active NTR [Makura cover soft] Dungeon and Bride

I tried to Mtool translate the 3.01 trial and it crashed after character creation.
I guess injection doesn't do well for this game. Earliest available translation might just be the old fashioned text hooker.

Okay, so Story Mode appears to be borked if you skip the prologue. Either that, or creating your own MC borks it. Not sure which, but using the default MC and playing the prologue allows you to get past that first temple without getting softlocked.

@CobraPL : Return to Seagull Village and do the quest about rescuing girls from the Labyrinth. It's located in the same place the Barbarian cave was in older versions.

NTR in the Inn seems to be disabled in Free Mode, regardless of whether you have Max in the party.

I like Elves and Human, so I kinda fill my party only with those.

From my experience with the previous demo, not the one release this week, I found Valkyrie and Ranger to be underwhelming.

I went for vanilla Human Fighter MC dude, but rerolled like crazy and maxed like 3 or 4 of his stats.

You kinda need a Thief, good exploration utility with Lockpick.
Mage is almost a must because of extra utility, spell slots to cast jump or the minimap spell.

Can't remember if Alchemist was the class with Appraisal skill or it was a different one, but I found it to be good utility later in the game to be able to upgrade gear on the fly instead of having to revisit town to identify everything.

I made a Summoner hoping to capture and raise a couple of high level summons and then eventually respec to ranger and be able to still use those summons. Was disappointed to find out that your attributes reset when you respec, so it was pointless to reroll until 30+ points on character creation.

I found that Blade Dancer class to be really amazing DPS and I think later she unlocks random chance to instakill.

If you are planning to go one of each race, I suggest Dwarf Blacksmith, found it to be decent and with great utility.

So my best party so far ended up being:
- Fighter MC
- Thief (usually keep Max)
- Blade Dancer
- Summoner
- Alchemist
- Mage

I don't remember if Cleric was in the game, but I think I had one of those too. Probably Mage and Alchemist were interchangeable, or I just learnt all the spells on my MC.

From the demos, these are my thoughts on this:

Fighter or any melee-oriented class is worthless for the MC, due to all the good higher-end armor being female only, so might as well go thief/assassin or spellcaster
You cna really make up for spellcasting classes with items, there's three staves for aoe elemental attacks [fire/ice/elec], there's a raise dead staff, a light storm staff, a ring that casts the minimap spell, and appraisal, repair, and jump are all alchemy, which can be done by making the MC an assassin (and also dual-wield/instantkill chance) eventually

Mage spells can be cast by wizards[魔法使い], bishops[司教], bards[吟遊詩人], sorcerers[ソーサラー], and dervish/spellblade/blade dancer[曲刀兵]
Priest spells can be cast by clerics[僧侶], bishops, druids[ドルイド], valkyries[バルキリー], monks[モンク], and lords[ロード]
Alchemy spells can be cast by alchemists[錬金術師], druids, sorcerers, and assassins[アサシン](i think)

Various equipment pieces are disallowed on some of them but allowed on others that are similar (quite a few cleric equippable items not equippable by bishop)

I usually try to make MC an assassin, or go sorcerer or druid for coverage.
Max has been required in the demos i played, so he's the thief.
One or two of the melee that can cast spells, valkyrie is good for a high defense backup stack of heal and statue cure spells while another healer works in battle, lord is about the same, and monks can also run this but they're going to be stunning enemies rather than murdering or tanking, blade dancer/whatever can also sideload mage spells so she cna cover minimap.

Blacksmith, hunter, and pirate need something more to make them desireable, imho, at least blacksmith can repair stuff.

Bard weapons are pretty useful, a pair of sleighbells almost guarantees a line of enemies is frozen asap, and that's kindof crazy.

Summoner is the only one who cna get anything better than a slime, but they cna also use some bows and whips, and also just slap the three elemental staves in her inventory for spellcasting attacks.

Bishop, Druid, and Sorcerer all bring double-lists to the table, but i tihnk they learn spells a bit slower, i'm not sure by how much, but grinding in this game ain't so bad when the enemies are dropping so much loot it fills my inventory very quickly.

And then there's the problem of the stats resetting on classchange, which makes it a giant waste, really, i wish we got those stat points back for class change, or some kind of equation to give us a certain amount of stats to distribute based on lv/etc when changing classes to make levelling higher before changing worth it, or something.

I just wish the loot drops had a slight lean towards the classes you have, because i am warehousing so much cool shit for classes i don't run on that particular group... lol.

Some Inn NTR scenes that used to be available in previous demos seem to be missing in this new version.

And if you're using Mtool, if you really want to use it, just create the party name without mtool hooked, then you can save and close -> reopen the game with mtool hooked again. Still kinda sucks since it misses a bunch of jp text and I think it messes with character portraits in dialogue. It's probably breaking more things I don't notice.

Is there a updated class upgrade guide? I ask because Blade Dancer is new one that I haven't seen before that got mentioned recently in this thread.

I think the Demo v3 was a waste of dev's resources. He could just extend v2. The gameplay is worse, there is less NTR mechanics, just more r4p3 scenes, some story teasers, indicating that (speculation):
Each girl, race-based, will have her own story-based NTR antagonist(s), and all the girls will have mechanical NTR antagonists. For example Elf girl has ex-bf or sth like that called Foster (Blue's friend), another girl will have a "Husband". Liesel's ill borther's story is suspicious, I guess that MC will have some time to find cure before she's banged. So, in the best-case scenario, we will have three layer NTR - mechanical one (dungeon crawling's and inn's), story-wise for each girl and the main NTR adversary, whoever he will be (Schwarz is the main suspect). The quasi-fourth layer may be Alex - blending story and mechanics. In the current demo he's commenting girls' nakedness in the dungeons. Even if he's not in the party LOL. The game seems code-wise uprepared for his absence, which allows me to suspect he will be indeed in the party (almost) always.

I'll put up what i have myself, mind i used names (class, alignment, and stat) i interpreted through google translate and general rpg/D&D knowledge, and don't always match up with english translations.

I'm fairly confident in the stat reqs and alignment limitations, though they do change occasionally through the demos, and the equipment columns are very vague.

Hmm, I always made the hero a warrior and he was one of the most durable members of the party. A good shield and dragon armor are in no way inferior to "women's" armor. And he dealt excellently, even adding to the response.

I just always went for generic warrior to have access to as much equipment as possible and avoid generic weird gimmicks that trade off combat potential for other abilities.

i dunno which armor you mean by dragon armor, i'd assume a better than normal plate mail would be best, but they drop like never, the blue Light armor bottom is 23 AC, and there's three colors of it, and blue is the lowest.

A better gold trimmed platemail "holy knight armor" [聖騎士鎧・上] is 23 ac/22wp for chest piece is nice, but the blue light armor chest [ライトアーマー・上] is 25ac/15wp Red one, "heroine armor" [女傑の鎧] is 37ac/10wp.

TBH, if the main game releases with better armor for dudes, or what is there and won't drop, drops, my stance will change. And out of like, 6 different runs, all around lv 17-ish, with having looted a buttload, only one save has the holy knight armor top, and only one has the heroine armor top, but almost every one of them has 1-3 pieces of blue light armor.

I haven't done any dipping into the code like some have or anything, and i'm talking about optimizing, not what you can get through with, even with good success, which is just about anything.

I just always went for generic warrior to have access to as much equipment as possible and avoid generic weird gimmicks that trade off combat potential for other abilities.

honestly, blade dancer, or in my text file, dervish, is literally just broken OP. sure you don't get a shield, but dual-wield decent chance of instant-kill, good weapons, pretty good armor, AND mage spells, you're not really sacrificing much having one of them instead of a warrior... ...you would, however, have to roll up a decent enough stat bonus on creation to make one, so it also depends on your patience in the hireing screen.

Thank you! :) I'm guesssing that the blade dancer that others mentioned must be a class that shows up quite bit later because it doesn't show up in your class list nor mine either.

edit: just saw that you mentioned dervish is blade dancer. xD

Pretty sure I've explored everywhere that it is possible to explore in the demo. I cannot for the life of me find that stupid Time Switch, which you need to progress the Witch's Dungeon (which was a previous area anyway, so it's probably just stuff we've seen before). I even opened all those special locked chests. Only two quests I've not done are the 2nd modelling quest in Seagull (because the sexy red bra simply will not drop), and the gather five Adamantite one in Snow Village (I'm pretty sure there's only one piece of Adamantite in the demo).

Can't progress the Divine Mountain, at least past a short distance in... the bridge guards say something about stopping MurMur first, who is set up to the main villain from what story there is, so it might be a post-game area. Can't open the upper levels of Amazon Tower either... none of the keys I can find work.

According to the Princess, I've explored 75% of the total game map. I really hope that's just the demo and the full game has more.

Also, does anyone here know a good way to unpack .xp3 files? The method I'd previously used (Krkr Extract program) apparently doesn't work on my PC anymore, but I can't get any alternatives to work properly.

Oh the tower is back? sweet.

oh, i also just checked and the demo's back up, nice. time to see whats around.

Edit: I'll just keep updating new things/changes form the previous demo as i come to them. Free mode/all girls

Out towards the shrine there is no flower field?
Warehouse sewer entrance is back, and very easy to notice.
New cave towards the woods north of sapphire city, has some out of depth/random grouping stuff if you go early, be warned
-- such as red skeletons, white hair barbarians, and blue orcs all in the same spawn group, got out alive with some choice early loot though.
---- Cracked ground into red caves, it's hell form the old demo, tentacle guys and succubus and more. These darkbrown axe cyclops have a fuckload of hp.
---- Crazy good drops down here, also gold trimmed platemail i mentioned before has better stats now, 30ac/22wp

New water spot out south towards the canyon, west-side tree path isn't there, might be hidden, don't have magic board yet.

sewers map is weirdly changed again, but not much. power bracelet isn't there anymore.

Kobold fort has a weird yellow/orange/red striped cracked wall that bombs won't blow up. // rengu999 mentions needing an orange bomb, can be obtained from taking the items when beating Alex
-- Orange bombs also sold in the snow town's potion shop.

Seaside town no longer sells the magic board, there is a third exit form the town too, but you can't go to it yet (maybe need a quest?)
-- (I think this is the same message anytime you try to go somewhere the demo won't let you.)

If the layout and enemies belie, i found the witch's cave for the time switch, but i don't have the strength bracelet yet to get in. South of seaside town, If someone else has it, check it out, i apparently beelined it.

Quest by fat&sleazy wants you to send a thief with him for awhile, must be lv 10

The silver key that once prior was used SE exit of sapphire town, and another time prior was used in the sewers, is now used for a building south of the seaside village for the magic board.

Cave from the forest to the snow area has a new exit, goes to what i think is a path to a "holy mountain", has unicorns and some kind of spirit-pixie that will ruin your day by putting everyone to sleep constantly, and they spawn in groups of like 2-8

I've apparently obtained a 3x1 sized dagger that is unable to be identified in the trial. It costs 39,333gp to do so, but it won't.
And a 1200gp to ID key that won't let me.
