Sorry for taking a few days longer than expected with this update, the more I kept testing, the more things I found that needed to be fixed.
I'll probably put out the next patch in 2+ weeks that should hopefully get the last big bunch of typos/formatting/mistranslation issues fixed.
Unless there's a significant issue with the patch, I probably won't put out the next update any sooner.

Make sure to apply this update to v1.06 of the game, this patch doesn't include the files for the performance update
or modified standing image fixes that the developer added. I've also updated the initial post with the latest patch.

Also, thank you to O&M's for fixing the adventure journal registry bug and for the bunch of typo / formatting fixes.

Bug Fixes
- Certain Adventure Journal entries now get properly registered (Credit to O&M's for the fix)
- Fixed the achievements for "Blue-skinned island", "The Unbeatable Enorama Rei", "Like a Bubble", "Teach me defeat.", and "Master Shiga".

Translation / Typo / Formatting Fixes
- Translated a few untranslated passages and names
- Backlog popup text will now properly display the English translation
- A lot of typos/formatting/mistranslation fixes (A big thanks to O&M's and everyone that reported issues)

Will I need to simply reclear through some routes to unlock the bugged adventure journals, which I assume are the [Hero] entries since only 4-5 unlocked for me, or will it require a fresh New Game?

Not sure if it's something I did or the new translation patch, but the entire map of 3-3 of the Creation Route won't load. Like, after I press "Continue" in the town on 3-2, I get stuck in a loading screen. I literally cannot finish the run lol

Edit: Tested on a save made before installing the new patch, and yeah its probably the patch, the conversation between the 3 final bosses on 3-2 is also broken (no cg, untranslated, etc.)

Unfortunately there are a few passages that won't activate again, so Arthur's entries and some tutorial ones can't be obtained unless you start a new game. I could add in something to interact with in game to give the missed entries, or if you use a cheat tool, you can cheat them in since they are stored as items. Other than that, the only way is to start a new game.

I'll look into it, but It looks like it might be a bug that the developer is aware of, here's the related bug info from their Cien:
"Currently, in version 1.06, if you unlock the “Guaranteed Appearance in Area 3” bonus while the Decadent Species is active, and then attempt to proceed from the town in 3-2 to 3-3 without ever visiting the Decadent Species’s Demon Castle, a bug occurs where the map fails to finish loading, preventing further progress. We plan to update to version 1.07 at a later date to fix this issue, but until then, if you have the Decadent Species active, please either turn off the “Guaranteed Area 3 Appearance Bonus” or make sure to visit the Decadent Species’s Demon Castle during your playthrough. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation. (If you are already on a playthrough under these conditions, we ask that you complete the game by reaching the Paradise Ending or similar.)"

Edit: I reverted some of the event code that was updated related to the Decadent Species as a temporary workaround until the developer implements a fix. It appears to work, but I don't want to include it if it's going to break other things, so I'll need to test it out some more.
