I still want that Jill Valentine that summons zombies and zombie dogs to rape people that that one guy modifies. He has like that whole roster of fighters with unique rapes and positions that he doesn't share (to my knowledge). I think he's Japanese so maybe he does share it on Japanese sites and just not anywhere else. Name is: ムゲンエロ (Mugen'ero). I should try looking it up.
I was keeping somewhat up to date with one of the Jap uploader sites but it's difficult to tell exactly what all the files are, and testing them all one by one is a pain.

I agree, a torrent with everything would be easier and safer than looking around various websites for bits and pieces. Also I don't speak Spanish.

Again, this is regularly mentioned in the thread but having a "compilation" type is actually really difficult/not to useful for this game. There are tons of versions of every rapist and of different girls that are all only compatible with certain rapists. When you make a compilation that has multiple rapists, it's likely a lot of their moves won't match the girls, so they won't work well. There's also the different art styles that clash and can make things look bad. There are regularly updates to all the rapists/girls so if you don't know how to look for and find stuff yourself, you'll never fix or improve things as well.
Your best bet is putting things together yourself, it's not hard. There have been many posts in this thread explaining how to do that. Start off with a rapists/version of the rapist that you like and find the ones listed on the mugen site to be compatible. I have this huge Kuro lite/Ryona Morrigan (Uses the same poses for the girls in different situations so they're like 100% compatible) roster for example (75+ now) that almost all have the glory hole animation (My favorite). Arcade mode will be useless if you don't have all the rapists/victims compatible.
Also downloading a torrent is NOT safer. One of the older compilations for sex Mugen had a trojan in it. I remember avoiding Mugen for a very long time because of it until I stopped being lazy and learned how to put it together myself. Trust me, it's worth it to learn how to find the stuff yourself. It'll be muchhhh better.

Having taken many hours just to download individual characters, sort them in the menus, and even edit the characters I can understand why someone would want to have a working package right away even if it wasn't personalized to them. Mugen can be quite a time sink. I think the last time I overhauled mine it took 4-6 hours.

Most just find it intimidating to start but it's quite easy, most of us can say that that have put it together ourselves. That or they're lazy. I'm not saying it's bad to want/have compilations (except how they usually fuck over the authors/editors by not mentioning them), just saying it's best to learn how to add things themselves. You'll get bored of a compilation extremely quickly but something you put together yourself can always be exciting because you can constantly be adding and changing things. I still play Mugen sometimes and go and hunt for new girls, it's really fun.
Oh no, I didn't mean that version, it was years ago (The first Queen of Fighters on the site I found it on). I haven't looked at that newer version. I don't remember having any problems with any files from the Spanish site.

One of my favorite things used to be seeking out new characters and fiddling with my setup. However, most of the sources seem to have dried up. I know new stuff is being made, but so many creators are keeping their work to themselves or at most just making videos.

It's kind of like fapping to your own H art...I don't get it.
I found that a lot of Japanese editors/modders are like this. I don't really understand it because when you spend that much time editing something, you get bored of it. Usually it's only worth it because you can share it afterwards in hopes that other people will enjoy it or maybe it'll get other people to share their stuff.

I tried drawing once. All I did is just admire my artwork and did another one, because during drawing you suppress your boner and once done its like a feeling of relief and the mood to fap is gone.
Anyway, might as well, arrange it my own I guess.

You can put the animations they post here yourself. I've figured out how to edit the sprites with Fighter Factory Ultimate, the only thing I haven't figured out is how to code it so it actually shows up in the game. I tried reading the tutorials on coding MUGEN, but this shit is way over my head.

I still haven't figured out how to make all the characters show up in the char select screen, which has severely limited how much I play this. When I'm in the mood to play it, I'm totally not in the mood to learn from the ground up how to make it work.
