I know I'm just a dumb "Emirikin," but I've found the darker beers (Guinness, Smithwick's, etc.) Tend to taste better around room temp or slightly cooler. I guess it brings some of the flavor out. That watery stuff like Coors and even Bud tastes the same to me regardless of the temperature.I can't speak for the rest of Britain but at least my friends and I prefer cold beer. Though once you're drunk it all tastes the same no matter the temperature of the drink.
To be Entirely honest with you, ive always drank both diet and regular versions of drinks, and to be 100% honest, ive never tasted a difference.Coke is indeed better. What I hate is how apparently only people who wanna drink diet (Eugh) and get cancer from the fake sugar are allowed to partkae in the joys of Coke with Lime.
Wow, it does? Good thing I hate the taste of Dr. Pepper then.Dr. Pepper causes E.D.
Who loves orange soda?Yeah, I drank Dr. Pepper for ages, then they did a study and found one of the flavours can give you E.D.
Thus, I switched to orange soda and sprite.
It's a common myth, the British don't like "warm" beer they like it at "room temperature". The "room" in "room temperature" is actually the cellar where it is stored. So they drink chilled beer not ice cold beer the way it's normally served in the United States.Yeah, I wouldn't knock it till ye tried it, but at least ye got some idea of what yer opening.
Also, I have to ask since someone was mentioning this to me the other day and you live in the UK... do folks over there prefer their beer warm?
You mean you didn't notice the umbrella logo at the base of a bottle ?I know. First, diet soda gives you cancer, then Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepper destroy men... What next? Drinking Pepsi turns you into a zombie?
EDIT: Oni, the fact that orange soda was a fall back means i dont love it. It just wont fuck me up... yet.
