Azure's study is an attempt to see how women react to these things.

She isn't going to do any tests until she has the equipment to examine girls that these tests are done to.

But since she has no idea what equipment to look for, and the doctors aren't helping her out, it means she can't start her study.

Aka, mission still canceled, and research canceled.
