Which is why I think it would make a better story if Fleur was to get rid of the hate but proceed with her plan anyways to not only get a little 'revenge' but try to reawaken the missing side to Luna also.

The missing side will most likely depend on Iris as well as others to reawaken it, although that's not to say that Fleur wouldn't be able to help out. Now whether or not I have Fleur go through the originally planned rape is an entirely different story. And even then... :X, I might be lazy and not write it out until a future date.

And, weapons available will only keep getting better as time goes on, letting the survivors have powerful machine guns, and revolvers that can stand right next to Holy fire, damage wise.

Actually that's kinda disturbing.

Yup, bigger, badder melee weapons will appear as well, but as in real life, melee weapons find it difficult to even hold a candle to a powerful gun. 'Cept the only good thing is, melee weapons don't need ammo.
