Leena said nothing in reply, merely nodding her head and laying back. She'd need to be rested if she was going to take over driving at some point, and she didn't intend to be dozing off behind the wheel.

Nevertheless, she placed a hand on his shoulder briefly, giving it a small reassuring squeeze. Unspoken was the thought of "we're doing everything we can. Just get there in one piece and we'll handle it."

Shortly after Leena and RJ had left, Sean arrived outside the Warehouse proper on his bike. Grabbing the artifact bag from his bike he headed inside and set it on the table. He grabbed his radio, and made a call. "Chris, front desk."

"Already there. Be advised that Mrs. Frederick is on ...."


He was cut off as a voice came from behind Sean.


"ALREADY here. We have some issues to discuss gentlemen, inside."


How she'd managed to get up on him like that was something no one knew, but she managed it alright.

Sean didn't seem to surprised that Ms. Frederick was already there. Likely, he had simply expected she would be present by the time he'd gotten back. He also remained standing at the table he was already next to.

Chris walked in.

"Alright, you folks first, what's up?"

Sean just gestured at the bag. "Got confirmation of what I told you earlier. That's the wallet. Connor said a man identifying himself as James MacPhearson gave that to him. He's still got some manner of getting in. And we'll need to see what else is gone."

Mrs. Frederick now spoke.

"He also appears to have slashed Roger's tires on his truck, so we know he was here outside the warehouse. What concerns me is, he couldn't have entered himself, you'll recall the acid we planted within him prevents him from doing so. Which means Chris was correct, we have someone, somewhere who's working as a mole."

Sean thought for a moment, then responded. "I think a check of what's missing might offer some clues."

Both Chris and Mrs. Frederick responded almost immediately, and at the same time.

"Agreed."


Chris added after a short look, "I just hope nothing from the ... SON OF A BITCH!"

There, on the table, next to Sean, was the hated kettle.

"I'm going to kill him."


Mrs Frederick turned and frowned.

"You said that had been in the dark vault."


Chris nodded.

"It WAS. Hence why I'm going to kill him."

Sean very slowly reached under the table, pulled a bag out, and proceeded to secure the kettle. "Only if you get to him first, Chris."

Sean's only reply to that was a slight growl from Chris as he went off to check what else might be missing.


Mrs. Frederick looked Sean and shook her head.

"This needs to be brought into containment quickly. We can't allow him to get in here again, we must find who helped him."

Chris was fuming. He'd found several items missing already from the lesser evil spots, and several notes left from his nemesis. One however caught his eye.

Special artifact capable of revitalizing memories discovered in Bismark, ND. I'll give you a day's head start before I go looking for it myself. Good Luck. J.M.

Chris walked back to the main room.

"Well Sean, Mrs. Frederick, it looks like he got the Phoenix, the Indian Skin, The Thimble and Jack the Ripper's Lantern. Everything else seems to be in place still."




Elsewhere, after making sure who all was coming, Claudia chuckled.

"Yeah, well that was a big thing wasn't it?"

She nodded, still blushing. "Pretty much England's Raccoon City, but less nukes," she notes dryly, shrugging a bit.

Ellen wandered outside, pulling her hood up over her head by reflex, and started walking, taking a different path than her and Chris had taken last time, moving at a slow pace.

"Ouch, yeah that could be a problem. Ok then, lets see if those things really were what I thought they were."


She places a sample of the Hunter she got onto a device, then sets it. After several moments the beep indicated the device had finished.

"Oh ... yeah, those were definitely Alpha's. Question is, who has the access to that research since all that data was lost?"

"I KNEW it was too easy," Sarah muttered. "One Hunter, something Chris called a Licker, and a bunch of goons we practically flattened. And you said you ran into FOUR of them?" she asked curiously.

"Yeah, four Alpha's. The problem is, all the Alpha data was lost when Raccoon City went up. Or at least we thought it was ..."

"Odviously, someone managed to sneak it out. Still don't explain who or how. This Umbrella shit's all new to me," she admitted, pulling out her notebook and adding a confirmation to her suspisions of the others under attack.
