Not really 'just poke myself' haha, I'd experiment by finding out what feels good for me as a girl, and see if it's just as effective when I'm with my girl friend, that's what I meant by increasing my skills.

Definitely WOULD go to girls only places (bath-rooms, spas etc...), maybe even have some lesbian action with my girl (if she's up to it).

Vanilla Fallout 3 was good. Not great, probably not gonna go through a third or fourth time, but it was fun. Especially that feeling you get when you take a Super Sledgehammer to a Behemoth, and the game decides to glitch and send it into orbit. HOME RUN, BITCHES.
Modding community made it an awesome game, but having a community dedicated to modding a game makes almost ANY game better.

Well, at least Fallout 3 could be completed without any game-ending bugs. (For me)

New Vegas had a few bugs that would prevent you from getting to the end of the game at all. My friend got nailed by one of them, something to do with a semi-immortal guy dying. (Something along those lines)

And they didn't fix it for a long time, and until then he couldn't do anything on that save, or any other saves that progressed to that point in time.
