Indeed for anyone with any fantasy background calling this being a Hydra might be confusing, but it comes from the name of the creature in Ragnarok Online - one of the main inspirations for Unholy Sanctuary. The dragon monster would be called Ferus. There was a full list posted a couple of pages back.

I'm having trouble seeing the new finisher. I keep losing, but I just see a normal bad end screen and no finishing animation. Does she need to finish me with a certain attack?

If you have the right version, then she should be chaining up the priestess when she's been knocked down. Your zip file should be named UnHolYSaNctuaRy20110525 if it's the right version.

So can anybody say what exactly happens in the ending? When the dominatrix chains you, she comes in, does she kiss you, or is that a bite? There is a sucking sound, but then again there are no bite marks/etc. in the gameover pic.

Does that have a point besides show? My idea was that the kiss/bite/whatever brainwashes the main girl into being really horny, hence her fucking monsters in the next scene.

My guess is that the Dominatrix is a succubus and is draining her 'will' or soul. Something like that. Just turning her into a powerless fuck toy for her pets.

Actually, I assumed that she wasn't getting brainwashed and that she was tied up and dragged off after that.
Since she has to whip the girl in order to get her to keep at it, I assumed she was just being forced as a slave.

Considering she was crying in the game over image, I'd say it's safe to assume she's being forced. Anyway, forced slavery is so much better than mind control.

Watch the animation closely. When the priestess is first hung from the ceiling, she's struggling to keep her skirt from falling toward the floor. After the succubus kisses her, she just sort of lowers her arms and lets her panties show on her own free will, showing that she's much more promiscuous.

She has to be whipped from time to time because, even though she's now a happy little sex nymph who wants nothing but to get porked by everything in sight, even she gets tuckered out. The fact that she's crying on the Game Over screen falls under the same explanation.

When her arms give I just took that to be her passing out/giving up.
Seeing as how she just got the crap beat out of her, and that she was in fact passed out just moments before, it makes more sense to me.

Yeah, exactly, but I see both interpretations possible too which is what gets me.

Because she DOES stop covering herself up after the kiss/bite.
And for that matter, again is it even a kiss? The last sound effect sounds like the dom is gulping or swallowing, which would make it seem like a bite.

The succubus image is cool though, but the whole "whipping" and domme approach cuts against that.

Actually, I am guessing the succubus kinda gives her some kind of drug or maybe it's a natural reaction from the priestess, but she passes out therefore, her arm drops and there's a gulping sound. I don't think she enjoys it at all, but rather she really don't have a choice.

It's free to download and play, but you must do so from the creator's blog. Otherwise, they will cease to allow foreign downloads. And they are well aware of where this game gets posted.

Run face first and hope you make it through alive. But for the Pendulum room I always found it best to wait until the Pendulum swings towards you, jump and hit the blob while running towards the other side, then repeat. I don't remember the hydra part though.
