All I can say about this game is that this game is SHIT!
I have no idea what to do, I looked here to find the controls, found out that "Z" attacks
well it does not do Jack
you go anywhere you're immediately overwhelmed by enemies
To put it in other words imagine you're playing a multiplayer game like COD
You go into a room and you are gunned down by everyone on the opposing team at once.
I think the AVGN said it best and I quote "This game is like shit covered in sprinkles."
If the creator worked out the controls and maybe gave the characters an ability to defend themselfs other then a shockwave
I am usually very lenient on my game reviews or what I think of them, but this game is getting no mercy from me
when the game is unplayable like that I have no mercy for it

From your post it looks to me that you haven't noticed that the game is in japanese, since you say that there is no information about the game. that is untrue, because the information is IN the game already.
therefore, i have two suggestions for you:
1) get a goddamn translator set up, because this game wasn't meant to be played without understanding any text in it
2) go to the library building in the first town and spend some time reading the info about the game, which there is plenty
(just in case: in the library you access the info by using the different book shelves)
have a good day!

Are you actually in an area with enemies or are you testing this in the town(s)? Unless your actually in an enemy zone, you can't attack anyways.

Tecnically speaking there is no control for normal attacks, you just move toward a foe and the damange is dealt automatically, Z would be the special attack and, depending on which girl you chose to start, it may be amazingly good or totally useless.
The game is actually enjoyable if you skip the grinding part...the concept of the animations is nice.

I was playing as the Dark Haired Girl (The first one)
I guess looking back at the post I made maybe I was a little to harsh, the only thing I did not like was the battle system they had.
But man I was so pissed off
As far as translators go I have ATLAS but I can never get them to work properly so I just don't even bother
I have never heard of a RPG game where you run up and touch the enemy to attack.
There was Hydlide for the NES
With multiple enemies ganging up on ya makes it difficult to charge at one guy and not get hit at all.
Least they should put a block feature.
You know what....... I was wrong, I officially recall my rating on the game and give it a 4/10
leave some room for Improvement
You have to admit sometimes the area of enemies are fast and they gang up on ya quickly
I was in an enemy zone (the slime zone mostly)

Well, you have your character's specific attacks on Z, which requires you have full second bar, and the 'recharge' time is basically how much energy you used.
However, the black hair girl's attacks tends to have 'charge time' and if you get hit during these it'll just waste the energy.
Her recharge time is also freaking long, though her attacks also do massive damage (one even hit full map)
The melee thing is automatic, your character will attempt to melee any enemy directly in front of them. Useful for killing the boss/miniboss that's stationary(just run up and melee the crap outta them), pretty pointless otherwise.

I managed to get to the 2. hard boss in the burning Town (a Guy)
but i had not much potions left and no amor.
I think there schould be a way to restore the amor maybe only on savepoints but at last do it xD
Also there schould be a another cure item for the mana draining status 100g and you get every 2 hits wounded with that it is just too expensiv.
Also i could supply anymore after the town is burning, cause the Guy with the money is gone and i didnt found another way to make money.
I dont really know whats the matter with the Pets, seems like the Rabbit and Fairy run after some time and the octopus attacks you but dont run away.
It is hard to say then do you need to feed them...
And i would make enemies like trolls more strong but way slower.
Also adding a healthbar for the amor it is better this way with a way to repair it.
All in all i give the game currently 3 from 10 points due the hardcore difficult.

as far as i know, you can get your armor from green back to blue by equipping the magic coating again, so just buy 99 of the ones for 100gp or grind arena for more expensive ones
but it is actually more worth to spend money on sedatives for 100g and get an octopus with you (he doesnt run off just rapes you sometimes which is just worth one sedative, which is 100g instead of a new pet and getting stranded in a dungeon without a pet)
if you're short on money - there are arenas in both second town and first town after the attack - so you can grind the money there
i managed to get 17k from a single handicapped match (by winning that is
)
i used that scheme and got the best equipment for the beastgirl, 99 of all the potions and had no problems whatsoever with the game!
also, for the beastgirl, if anyone's wondering, the best bracelet is the one for 3500 and not for 5000 because the cheaper one grants +25 to all stats including agility (which pretty much affects your chance of getting raped)
while the 5000 bracelet just grants +28 to attack, defense and magic strength (but no agility)
so, i'd say the beastgirl is the easiest and cheapest to maintain (no need for new armor all the time)
for those who still think the game is too hard: theres gmanprime's excelent mod of the game in post 89. it makes the game way easier

In case anyone's interested, I noticed that there are official patches out for this game now. In particular, it looks like they've added voices and an easy mode, as well as various bug fixes.

Am I the only one getting these ear-rapingly loud buzz sounds in this game?
I installed RPG Maker 2k and unrar'd the game with jap settings w/o problems, game starts, click past the menu and when I choose any of the options with the cutscenes, said sound plays whenever something happens, (explosions, hitting, etc.).
Surely this isn't an intended part of the game?
