I don't think anyones seen this before...

But I just came across a whole custom sprite private server varient of Ragnarok with sprite akin to this:

Most of the monsters and even NPC's have been redone, but otherwise it's another varient of Ragnarok... Just another online MMO grindathon... This time though with more favorable visualls...

I recommend the full client DL due to the custom sprites may not be compatable with former versions of Sakray so... Get ready for a daunting 1.6Gig DL...


For those of you who know about Raggy private servers its rates are

125/80/60
Size: 1.6gb
Or for those who don't, 125x regular Exp, 80x Job Exp, 60x Item drop rate.

I remember playing ragnarok a long time ago. I'm DLing the massive client as I speak.

I'll give an update on the content once I get in game.

Ragnarok is a Korea based MMO aka iRO or kRO, based on Norse Mythology but set in a psuedo asian setting.

The problems with the official Ragnarok Online are slow updates, out of country servers, only pay to play, and the language barrier...

The creation of Private Servers solved these problems.

With customizable Exerience rates, NPC's, maps, and even sometimes commands like: teleports, auto-loot, auto-hold shift, no control nessisary, etc.


Players begin as a Novice and gain expericnce as they decide which future job they should take beit: Swordsman, archer, acolyte, mage, thief and others...

As you gain experience in your profession you may gro to be able to rank up to a second job, Swordsmen go to Knights or Crusaders, archers go to hunters or bards, Acolytes go to priests or monks, etc...

There's also a metric buttload of ragnarok rule 34, ranging from the aforementioned sprites, to thousands of high quality pics. I have always liked sprites, but not enough to play an MMO.

Ragnarok is a fairly fun grind yourself to death game.

Just as a headsup, your sprite isn't raped on this server. She's nude usually, however.

Ahh yes Porn-Ro run by the almighty and powerful KISA , she's very nice and not to mention super cute. she's only like 22 from Germany, she's the one that did all the sprites for her server.

and easy way to dl is with megauploads dl program if u right click the link and select download with megamanager u'll get like 500kbps -750kbps

I played in that server a long time ago, but i lost contact to the forum and after some time i get bored. Maybe someday my interest to play return.

I played Ragnarok several years (5 or more)

It is still the best MMORPG for me, i love the 2,5 D sprites.
I never played Porn RO but it is only the normal game with changed nude sprites and some animated npc sprites like the pic above (hydra+archergirl)

The best on the Game is WOE (

A guild attacks another guild to take down their castle, that is possible with 76 player each guild, so it can be a real war with over 300 or eben more people attacking the emperium. If the emperium is taken down, the breaker and his guil takes the castle. At the same time the over guild try to retake it.
Most WoEs are about 1 or 2 hours last guild standing gets the Castle and the rewards until next WoE.

PS: Video is played in double speed, sprites and skillanimations depend on the server. Also stats, lvl and gears depend on the server.

I don't know if they changed anything, but back when I played, WOE is basically a bunch of Wizards keeping the Emperium room's entrance filled with Storm Gust.

If anyone enters, they'd get frozen then JupThunder out of the room, repeat til everyone gives up.

Occasionally there'd be someone with freeze immune equipment or lag and managed to run by, but that's when those disorienting traps (either the snare or the knockback) from Hunters enters the fray.

Dude, sorry, I totally only watched that youtube link for the songs (mostly the first one) xD

Anyway, I've never played Ragnarok so I'm so nublicious right now. But I'm still DLing it and will wing it like I do with most MMOs.

@lazycat when did you play Ragnarok?

In WoE there is no backdropping, you get freez an maybe get hit by jt but you wount drop back to the warp anymore.
Also only some wizz uses Jt in WoE cause it is much better to use other spells and let the enfreezing do the other dmg dealer.

A lot has changed there are also 3rd classes now, still unbalanced but aviable on some servers.
Well Ragnarok is dying, it is just too old. The developer dropped the european servers. Now it is only in Asia and some other contries, cause over 10 years is a good lifetime for an MMORPG.

But there are still Private server, and a lot of them too. I think it will last another 3-5 years.

Heads up to anyone who doesn't already know: If you want to be able to change classes, don't put your skill points in anything other than basic skill as a novice.

That said, I can't seem to find the guy in Einbroch for the Gunslinger class quest.
